Yes are always on time. The most I have ever had to wait is 5 minutes. Dr. You is great!! The hygienist I had was good too but I did not get their name. Pleased overall.Kate

I have been with the clinic for 10 years. I had my last appointment for some filling and oral hygiene in January 2023. At the time, I used my new insurance cad, and the lady in the clinic who collects payment didn’t believe that my insurance is 100% coverage, so I have to pay 20%of the money using my own credit card. After already a half year passed, they still have not given my money back. I phoned the clinic twice, they said they are still waiting a check from my insurance company. This is unbelievable ! Now, I don’t know how to get my money back, and where to complain.

It was so easy to book my appointment and no long wait times to get in. Rachel on the front desk was very friendly and helpful in submitting my claim to my insurer .Dental Hygienist,Alannah was extremely professional and thorough on my exam and cleaning . She kept me informed as to what she was doing and offered great advice to keep my teeth healthy . I’m so glad I found Chemong Dental .

My wife attended this dental clinic twice requiring urgent treatment. She could not be more pleased. They got her in immediately and took care of her problems. Very happy with the results. Would definitely recommend Chemong Family Dental.

Caring and informative. Staff are friendly, always happy and a real joy to talk to. Dr’s have always been on time and very understanding. I couldn’t be more happy with this dental practice, Dr. Brian’s work on restoring my smile and confidence, and his fabulous team who are always taking the time to answer my questions and ensure my comfort in the chair.

I had a wonderful visit today at Chemong Family Dental! Breanna did a great job with my cleaning and Dr. Priya did a thorough check over my teeth. I brought my 3 month old baby along with me today, and the girls were just absolutely wonderful and welcoming. On top of all that, it is such a beautiful office. I highly recommend :)
