Ordered 2 mutton biriyani today. Very old meat mixed with frozen. Some pieces are smelling like rotten. Very bad experience

Amazing Bangladeshi food with amazing food quality is the best combo ever. The fish items are must try. And for meat and rice combo try their mutton/beef biriyani . They have so many other good food too and chef Fahim is really good in what he does. Highly recommended halal food store. Beware of the sitting arrangement.

Some of the best fish pakora around. Crispy but buttery soft on the inside. And somehow not greasy. Not sure how it’s done but keep it up.

If you think this is an authentic bengali restaurant, don't waste your time coming here. This is a scam. I came from Alberta on a trip and felt amazing to see a bengali restaurant. Drove 40 mins to figure out they serve generic indian menu.

Bengali Fish employees serve you based off of the person picking up. I ordered 3 pounds today told them to specifically pack in three separate containers as it's for three separate families. I was given 2 containers. When I called and asked why is it 2, The lady argued and said we were not told to put into 3 separate. They absolutely do not know what customer service is, the lady argued and did not even apologize once: she denied and did not try to resolve my concerns. Just a note for people going to pick up from this location: please send a MALE to pick up as they give more fresh food to males compared to females or younger children. Please learn what customer services is and what it takes to have a customer especially during this pandemic time. Everyone is struggling so if you have a customer please value and appreciate them rather than giving them burnt and dry food.Here is a picture of what their 3 pounds of fresh chicken pakora looks like. LOL! Hopefully their management sees this review!

Look good when I first got it. The fish has texture of wet mush (signs of cheap fish) , heavy freezer frozen fish taste makes it hard to swallow. The fish batter has no flavor other than salt. I regret spending $12 on this.

Over hyped fish, average taste plus the service is not good either. They don’t have dine in, I called 30 mins before appearing for pickup and still the guys who came after me and ordered fish got it first and they still had no clue what my order was!
