Saskatoon CPAP Services

This is not where I originally purchased my supplies; however, I purchased a replacement cushion here as they were open Saturdays. I had issues with that cushion and it turned out my mask was not being worn properly as I was never given instruction on the mask at the last place I purchased supplies. Great staff.

I was recently referred to Saskatoon Cpap by my family doctor. After a promising 1 week trial of a variable pressure machine I asked them if I could rent one for an extended test trial , to my surprise they do not have them to rent. They do however offer another unit (that functions differently) that I prepaid to rent for a month, when this machine showed poorer results I made an appointment to discuss the issues and was then told it’s all me. Randy and his team only seem to have interest in selling you your initial mask $270 and the opportunity to purchase the superior machine $1650. Once I did not immediately purchase they had no interest in helping resolve the issues, refunded the remaining 3 weeks of my prepaid 1 month rental (of the inferior machine) and sent me packing. I immediately contacted their competitors and quickly found out that they do offer rentals and test trials for the machines they sell... food for thought.

Sorry to have to leave a negative review, but the customer service was awful with every single one of my interactions except the last one when I told the woman who called about my experience. She was kind and apologized, but the damage was done. I got my results emailed to me and took them to careica - they were SO kind, helpful and empathetic. Customer service matters. Unfortunately this company just lost a sale because of it, and word of mouth goes far. My hope for this company would be that they can provide more customer service training especially after reading the other reviews with similar stories.

Amazing customer service. I did my testing elsewhere but when I heard from a friend about this local company, I went to get all my equipment and information from them. Very knowledgeable staff - I learnt more in 5mins with them than I did in my weeks of testing with another company. Check this place out.

Be aware that this company is not to be trusted. They quote prices on their website but if you go to purchase at their store the prices are a lot more than listed. They say that it is because online is cheaper, but they don't tell you that until you get a big surprise at their store. They don't even deserve 1 star.EDIT; Response to Owner. Yes, so they told me why, but a $64.00 difference for something you don't even have to ship is ridiculous. The only way you would please this customer is to refund the $64.00. I should have just laughed when I went to your store and went somewhere else to make my purchase. Not sure why I didn't.

Randy and his team at Saskatoon CPAP Services provide exceptional service to my family members requiring a CPAP machine. We are very grateful to have access to this service. Saskatoon CPAP's extensive knowledge of the industry and related support equipment has greatly improved the lives of our loved ones.

I have purchased several products from Randy Spilchen at SCS Saskatoon CPAP Services. I could get it locally but find the service I receive from Randy is far better than I can get here.Great job, I highly recommend them.September 2016 I recently bought a soclean from SCS and it's great, I heard it on line on the radio and thought it's beast to buy through SCS for the warranty. because I use SCS they knew what I had and what I needed, if I bought direct I would have received 1/2 of what I needed. Very happy Again.

July 27 2020On July the 23 I ordered a replacement masks for my sleep apnea machine and received it today July 27 ,when I opened the parcel thought I had the wrong part so I called Saskatoon CPAP and they explained to me that it was the right part and proceed to explain to me how to change the mask ,I couldnt understand the procedure to get this done ,the lady in the office took the time to set up a video chat but I couldn't get it to work ,after calling back several times ,the lady on the call helped me so much courtesy ,friendly and very patient and understanding with me.Thank you to this company that always gives 100% service.

Really poor customer service. My Dr referred me months ago. After speaking with someone from CPAP services (months ago) on the phone and discovering my tight schedule does not work to be able to time getting a home sleep test on their schedule (pickup after 2pm before they close and return next morning mid morning), they said okay get your Dr to cancel the request then. There's literally no care or compassion, just rude staff.They've been calling for months leaving voice-mails saying they're going to cancel my Dr's request.... they must not keep records of anything including the phone call we already had.
