Sorta of a runarround to get anything. Poor communication

Recieved awful service, the lady I had been dealing with wouldn’t even offer me the time of day when I had received a competitive offer elsewhere. Terrible rates for young buyers & won’t even attempt to find better pricing. Save your money and head to Astro, they got me the best rate out of anyone in town!

Very happy with my experience. Lisa Williamson was awesome!!! She was very quick in setting us up with our insurance as I had a short timeline to get it done. She explained everything very well. Overall great experience!!!

By far the best insurance company I’ve ever been with!! Lisa Williamson is the best! They understand life happens and don’t send you a phone number to call and wait 30-50 minutes just to talk to someone! 10 stars for me!

Considering the world has been in a state of crises and so have alot of people, I have been struggling fincially due to covid. In 10 months I have not been able to find a job, I have been late with payments and payed numorous NSF Fees but what really disapoints me about this company is when I finally find employment they decide inform me they will no longer contnue insuring my vehicle with me after my term is up and I have to come up with full payment for the rest of my term immedietly, even knowing I just started working They do not have compassion for those who are severly affected by this pandemic while they sit comfotably at their own jobs. Where is the compassion when the world is in a sate of emergency?
