This cutie petutie is extremely friendly and often finds a way to get out and take himself for walks. Thanks to the staff at Animal Care and Control for keeping my Jax happy and safe every time he shows up at your facility. I am very grateful.

My roommate was looking on this site and noticed my cat that went missing 14 days ago. Bless this place for they have found her.I pick her up today at 10:15 am.Missing her so much.

They will take your dog, lie about every detail and then try to extort you for hundreds of dollars.Even when they are on security camera.They will vaccinate dogs that are already vaccinated, charging you money, and ignoring the health risks to the dog.Seriously unprofessional and childish officers" that are running around Edmonton traumatizing the publics dogs."

They are very respectful and take time to accommodate what you need help with. Animals are #1 there !

I dropped of a kitty we found at work. The intake was painless and you couod tell the staff genuinely cared about animals.All my questions were answered and my kittyworries were put to rest.They did an amazing job for my found kitty.

Picked up another baby foster kitten. Got instructions to administer meds for upper respiratory ailment. Once he is better and neutered he will be up for adoption through Infinite Woofs.

Just had a really terrible experience dealing with Animal Control. There was a cat living under my deck with no visible owner for several months now. My dog is quite aggressive with cats and so it was in the cat’s interest for me to humanely trap it and bring it to Animal Control. It’s also been very cold outside. When I brought the cat in to Animal Control this morning, I was made to feel like a monster, and disciplined for having trapped the cat in during cold weather, told that I should have waited for warmer weather, and that I should expect a fine for having trapped the cat in during the cold. There is nowhere on the Municipal or bylaw websites that says anything about weather (I looked into this before trapping the cat), and in fact it seemed inhumane to leave the cat under the deck any longer in -20 temperatures. It was a very unpleasant, logistically nonsensical experience, and I really hope that this review reaches someone who has the time to educate their staff on interacting with citizens and also citing bylaws that aren’t even on the website.

They are very evil with a bright phony persona. They steal lie manipulate and are corrupt and heartless! Its all about $$ and someone needs to fix this situation? This probably won't even show on the reviews cuz they control that as well! Olivia needs to be fired

I'd give you zeros stars but that isn't an option. Trying for weeks to get ACC to help some distressed abandoned cats and no one would help. Kept redirecting me to other places that couldn't help, while these cats were left to starve . I tried feeding but they won't eat. I am thoroughly disappointed in animal control for not helping thise cats that desperately needed it!
