They say you truly only rate a service when something goes wrong. AEBC rates as F. Total failure. Service, Support, Resolutions? Good luck. I have cancelled my account today and moved providers. It will be days to reconnect to internet with new provider; and days for AEBC to resolve. With the customers service I received, the choice to leave is the only viable option. Internet stopped Tues around 12pm. Support happy to send you down the same rabbit hole of reset; re-start over and over again. My IT tech nephew determined modem broken (only intermittent connectivity; not pinging). Send a new modem logical solution. Nope. Must wait minimum 6 business days for them escalate and check with their back-end to determine what they may or may not do... The fact you, the customer have no internet is not of concern. This is their process. If it take 2 weeks - too bad for you. Compensation for time, additional costs, loss of business, loss of enjoyment (no tv for the kids etc) is laughable (max your monthly cost).

It has been over a week since I signed up and still no internet. I have all the equipment from my landlord so all they have to do is send the signal. Helpline got me nowhere.

At first, I was doubtful about their service and legitimacy. I started using their service which their price can't beaten. I had zero disconnections and zero problems. Yes, they don't have a fancy customer service and you even have to pickup your modem from their office, but with the price they are offering, totally worth it for me.

Internet customer for 2+ years. My experience has been solid. Fast internet, reliable signal, and customer service is straight forward. Even when I moved to a different city they transferred the service quickly. The price is very reasonable, it's what it should be, not a ripoff like the Big Three Companies with their silly contracts and bogus charges. In the two years I might've lost internet signal two or three times tops, which is something that happens with all providers. Signal came back after an hour or two. Seems that the user experience is very varied, but in my case being a customer of only internet I can't complain at all. I hope they're in business for a while.

Wish I could give 0 stars have had an outage twice in a year this time today been out for 2.5 hours almost. Can't access the website can call them no reply with email to understand what is going on or for a generalization of how long could see this happen and makes me unable to work. Worst company with worst customer service.

I regret to have to write this, but my experience with this company has been deeply unsatisfactory. I initially signed up for a 75mbps internet plan but decided to switch providers after reading other customers' reviews.Respecting the company's procedures, I promptly sent an email to request cancellation and a full refund for any charges, a right I am entitled to as a customer. Shockingly, several days have passed and I've received no acknowledgment, no reply.To exacerbate the situation, my emails were rejected by two out of the three contacts provided. This means my request has been left in the hands of a single person, and still, there is a deafening silence.The lack of response is disappointing and raises serious concerns about the company's customer service. Unfortunately, I find myself having no other choice but to leave a one-star review to reflect my frustrating experience.I sincerely hope this serves as a wake-up call for the company to re-evaluate and improve their communication and customer service practices. Potential customers deserve to know what they are getting into before making a commitment.

This is my first online review ever.My WIFI should be connected 1 WEEK AGO, but so far.....NOTHING happened after more than 10 phone calls. Many times, the phone calls were put on hold for 6-8 minutes, and another representative pick up the call and asked me to repeat my information and request AGAIN.The customer service just kept saying they already emailed" their tech support team since this is the only way for their communication. They also told me that the only thing I can do is... WAIT.If you don't want to deal with this horrible nightmare
