Good Karma Eco-Cleaning Toronto

We had our first service from G&G two months ago. Initially we were not completely satisfied with their cleaning job. We contacted the owner with our feedback and he was very sincere and did absolutely everything he could to ensure we were happy in the end. We look forward to working with G & G again because of their commitment to client satisfaction!Update: our second cleaning was slightly better and we were asked for feedback at the end. Still I would say cleaning not up to par. Much work had to be done after she was finished. We were sent the same cleaner when we were offered a different person after our initial complaint with no followup from the owner.

This company is fast and convenient to my needs. I have been using this service for a few months now. They do a thorough job to my satisfaction and considrerate to my time. I recommend them for fast and professional service.

We have a 3 bdrm condo, and had these guys come bi-weekly, mostly to help out with bathrooms and floors. The cleaners we had always did a great job. We initially thought it would take 4h, but after they did they job once, they told us that 3h would be enough - I really appreciated their honesty, it would have been easy for them to just stick with the original charge. The few times we had to re-arrange times due to illness, etc, they handled things very professionally and set up alternate arrangements promptly. I don't hesitate to recommend!

Cleaner was done well however I found some small items from my house went missing after the service (chocolates/ coffee cards etc) l spoke with the owner and he said I reported it too late (apparently they have a 24 hour reporting policy), and he also said the cleaner won’t be taking such small items. Might look for other cleaning companies next time.

Excellent cleaning service - the best I've had in a long while. The cleaning crew was extremely thorough, and the price was great. Having 2 cleaners really made it go fast, ensuring they covered everything. My fridge and stove have never been cleaner, especially the latter which had some caked on crap from spills which they got rid of.Highly recommended!

I've used this company a couple times now. I've had a couple different cleaners but they are all quite good. I have used them for a deep clean of my house, typically every 4-6 months. I also used them in the move out of my condo. The only thing is, you have to provide the vacuum/paper towels/cloths etc so if you use them for a move out clean, make sure you have those available. The price is great and they are very pleasant. I will continue to use them.

By far the most amazing experience I had with a cleaning company! From initial consulting to communication to the cleaner. The cleaner went above and beyond and my place was immaculate. Every nook and cranny was cleaned and all surfaces sparkled. I will definitely recommend it.

They do a really good once-over, follow directions well. I would definitely consider them for pre and post a vacation away from my space. Away from my space.

The absolute worst client service I have ever experienced. I had an appointment scheduled a week in advance for today morning at 9am, an appointment I took the morning off work for. I get a call 30 minutes prior saying the cleaner is unable to come and there is nothing that can be done. When I called the manager to complain he was unapologetic and actually point the blame on me for not understanding their situation and proceeded to yell at me on the line. I strongly recommend never using this cleaning service.
