Honestly have been driving by here for years and stopped to try it $17 for 12 very small perogies that tasted actually bad, like they were 3 days old. These are worse than frozen Walmart brand. Very disappointing.

I grew up in a Ukrainian family and moved to Ottawa 6 years ago. When I discovered this place I had no expectations but wow do they ever deliver. Everything they make here takes just like baba used to make. The perfect cure for home sickness.

The ground beef in a crepe is so good, they only had one left sell fast. Also bought the Cabbage rolls, beef, pork. also bought the cheese and bacon perogie, and chicken, potatoe and cheddar . Best in ottawa.

We ordered three varieties of pierogies (all vegetarian), the vegetarian borscht, the vegan cabbage rolls, beet salad, and a poppy seed loaf. Everything was so delicious. It was easy and efficient to pick up our order and we could not have enjoyed this more. The vegan cabbage rolls in particular were a standout, and the borscht was unlike any I've ever had. Fantastic all around!

We purchased two types of perogies for our Ukrainian Christmas Eve dinner. The filling is so tasty and hearty! You could tell that each perogie was made with love and precision. The staff are so generous and kind. Buying our Christmas Eve dinner from Ottawa Perogies will be a new family tradition for us!

I love going into this local shop. It is owned by a Ukrainian family and they put a lot of love into everything they cook and bake. I love their perogies and cabbage rolls... oh they are amazing! It is nice that they have a frozen section, so you can go in and get what you need to make them at home. It is truly authentic Ukrainian homemade food. The customer service is divine and the employees there are very helpful when you have questions.I highly recommend this place...

I grew up with my gramma's borscht, perogies and cabbage rolls. Maybe I'm just too used to those. I was really looking forward to trying everything out here. I didn't find the perogies that great and the borscht is pretty tasteless. I'm so sad, because I really wanted this to be my go to place. I can't see coming back. That said, the people working in the store were awesome and very helpful.
