I find a lot of these guards to be very rude the staff isn't helpful if you report a issue with a guard and they also seem to like to harass people and just be very difficult to deal with when they have a bad day very few times have I had an encounter with these folks where I wasn't frustrated or mad from having to deal with them even tried to go to their main office to make a report and they won't answer the door there nor will they do anything when you call they just say ok we will call you back
