Abysmal service. Completely rude interactions over email and impossible to reach the agent by phone. Voicemails were never returned. Had to request proper documentation at all stages and was treated like a inconvenience for asking. Fortunately this experience was for a cancellation and I can take my business to somewhere more professional.

Attempted to get a home insurance quote, contacted the office by phone and by email for a total of 10 times and never got a call back from the adjuster. Tammi was great, and always got back to me but the main adjuster steve never did, origional request was March 7, 2022

I have dealt with this insurance company for 35+yrs. Our house, vehicles, rv, really for anything.I recently moved to another province, and have been trying to get my home there insured while we are gone. Was given very rude service, and ultimately told to insure it where I'm now living. I will NEVER use them again and we do plan to move back there as this move is only temporary. This broker just lost her company some money, but perhaps doesn't care.Never have I been treated like my business was unimportant to them until now. Well, I'll take it elsewhere as she suggested.Follow up:Got an email telling me this is not usual practice, and someone would contact me. Been almost 2 months... NOTHING.but I did get insurance here, at almost $2000 LESS than they quoted, so I guess they did me a favor.

Had THE most positive experience with this company. Very professional and changing over 2 licenses and 3 car insurances done quickly. Would recommend this company in a second. Give them a go...

January 2nd. Internet says it's open. Drove from 70 mile all the way there with no insurance to find out its closed. Sign on the door says its supposed to be open. Missing 2 days of work now and cant get home to Kelowna

Renewed my license in 10 minutes, great not to have to take hours like most other places. Highly recommend going there.

Denise at the 100 Mile House Hub location made my whole Driver's Services experience of renewing my BCDL a real pleasure. Denise was efficient, friendly and fun to deal with. Perhaps not what one expects so it was a great surprise.

Is it a requirement to be rude and unfriendly to work there? Every time I go into that place I get rude service the last few years. I avoid it like the plague. So much for small town friendly service.

Stephen Pellizzari insisted to force the owners of a vehicle I purchased to drive 60 kms out of their way to resign some paperwork. It was signed, just not up to his standards...When the new owners came to mediate whatever it was about the paperwork not being up to Stephen's standard he argued with me and them that they do not make mistakes" as the previous owner explained what mistake they has made. Inconsiderate a$$hole

I've always had good service . No complaints :)
