Smooth experience with Han and his team in changing out my 35 year old furnace with a brand new one. He was fast and professional. He also put in a new water heater and disposed of my old one. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a quality install!

Our heater broke down during the coldest day so far in 2022. Han came by and was able to help us out pretty quickly and very last minute. He was very accommodating and understanding. Premium Comfort Heating and Air Conditioning installed a furnace, Air Conditioner and humidifier in my home. They were so respectful and professional, taking such care in protecting my hardwood floor and stairs as they removed the old furnace and brought in the new furnace and kept a very clean job site. Han was initially arranged by my Kitchen Reno contractor to install a new gas line for the gas stove.On the hot day, my A/C is not working and it is hot for the coming few days. I cannot get my local HVAC to come because he was sick.My contractor contacted Han immediately to check the A/C quickly. Han is professional checking out the A/C with me and telling me the problem which was recurring from last year repair.He gave me options and the estimated cost and expectations of results. He emphasizes theimportance of understanding proper information and options for the customer to decide what is best for them.Since my furnace is old so I decide to change the furnace and A/C together.
