I went in to have my brand-new Samsung Galaxy phone unlocked after it accidentally locked me out.Hussain at this store was very helpful and was able to unlock my phone within a few minutes, at no charge.Very helpful and professional service!

When I purchased a screen protector + install from this store they said that the screen protector had warranty so if it started to peel or bubble I can just come back and have it replaced under warranty.I went back to the store today and when I showed them the issue with it peeling and bubbling they wanted to charge me $10 to replace it.My recommendation...Don't waste your money. Lesson learned I could have bought 4 screen protectors off of amazon for the cost of this one that hasn't even lasted a year..

Noah is the BEST!! We went to the store at around 7:30pm on a Friday evening because my husband’s phone screen was shattered. Noah offered different detailed options to us and we got what we needed. We feel bad because the store actually closes at 8:00pm and we kept him in the store till almost 9:00pm. Thank you so much Noah for your patience and kindness. We’d definitely recommend this store to anyone who’s looking for a phone repair, or shopping for new plans!!

I have a Pixel 6 Pro. It has not failed yet after extensive exposure to drops, cold, heat, sugar, and other things. I had it checked for a possible repair at this shop, but I wasn't charged as the phone needed to be cleaned and left to dry on a wireless charger. I have a Chromebook and a few OEM chargers in my backup.

Extremely unhappy. I took my phone here because it is the authorized repair centre and my phone is less than 2 years old. They barely even looked at the phone, told me immediately a part would have be replaced but that they would not do it as it is a complex repair" and basically told me to go away. They looked like I was bothering them. I took my phone elsewhere and it was fixed in 5 minutes."

I have always received great professional care with this place.More recently I was finding my Galaxy S9s charging port wasn't grabbing onto any charger cables and would only charge if they were inserted in at a certain angle, convinced my port was worn-out/broken I took my phone to this store and was ready to pay to have it all repaired with a new part but instead their technician on the spot gave the port a thorough cleaning, gratis without any charge. The charger port works great and feels like it's brand new again.I'd absolutely recommend them.
