I called Rusty because we had no heat and winter is coming. Dawn quickly responded to my request and dispatched 2 very good technicians who quickly diagnosed the issue and completed the repairs on that visit. Great communication with Dawn, very pleasant to deal with. Super happy with Derek and his co worker. Thanks for the excellent service. I will recommend you to all my friends and family.

Very responsive. Friendly people: the reception, the plumbers and the boss! Had very bad pipes in the basement that burst and was spraying dirty water everywhere, along with leaking faucet tap and clogged up sinks in the kitchen. Big job!No hidden fees. Fair about pricing. Can diagnose issues fairly well. Honest good people. I'm very happy.

I was very impressed as to how quickly and professionally the kitchen faucet leak problem was detected and rectified. The plumber, Rusty, was very knowledgeable, efficient and professional. Amazing work and amazing people. Very professional and great communication. Had to call in Brandon twice within a month of just buying a home. He was great to deal with and showed up on time. Completed the work in a timely manner and answered all my questions. Really love these guys and would highly recommend them.

Rusty went way beyond what could be expected when replacing a toilet for us last week. He made two trips to correct a mistake that was not his (and also didn't make me feel bad about it!) and ensured that we had a functioning bathroom before the weekend. He was professional, polite, good humoured and really kind.Every interaction I had with this company was excellent. I will use them again and recommend them without reservation.

More than happy with the work done today. Both the plumber and apprentice were accommodating to my requirements which involved sourcing a new faucet. Pleasant and advised what was needed. Job cleanup was perfect. Will be using Rusty Pipe again!

After looking at these reviews, I called Rusty to discuss a problem with our Viessman boiler. He had a clear understanding of the potential causes unlike some other companies I called. Rusty showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the issue. He replaced the venturi and fuel gas module and also corrected a couple of other nagging plumbing issues that we had. Overall Rusty was very professional, he wore a mask which pleased my wife and did an excellent job! Thank you

My furnace died on the coldest day but I was able to get such good service. Very efficient and very reasonable. I'm so impressed and would highly recommend and won't hesitate to call again.
