Very friendly and professional staff, yet they manage to make me feel at home. I have purchased a fabulous Serger , and am taking classes on site. Super fun!

So frustrated with the service on my machine. He talks a good game but in the end I don't know if he knows what he is doing. My Pfaff machine was returned to me the first time with only a cleaning done and not the repairs I requested. The next time I was told the repair would require a rebuilt circuit board which would be weeks depending on the outside service. I waited and waited then called only to find my machine had been sitting there because they had lost track of who owned my machine. The repairs done were different than I had been told. OK, it cost me less than expected. The next problem, when I started using the machine more, I found he had not put the case back together properly. Two sections where sitting askew, one made it so that the feed dog switch would not work. Now I'm wondering if the inside was in the same mess. No I will never drive the 30 miles there and 30 miles back again even if they would credit my repair costs to a new machine. I am retired and can't afford to waste money but my new machine will be purchased elsewhere.

Very dissatisfied with the service. I brought my sewing machine in to be tuned up". Charged me $80. Brought it home & it didn't work

First time I went there was to get my embroidery machine working properly. They fixed it very quickly, reasonably priced and very good at explaining what the problem was. I have just gotten a new sewing machine...it is terrific! I will be taking some classes to learn about all the features that the machine has! The people there are very friendly and helpful. If you want a new machine, repairs or cleaning of your present machine, or just need help with a problem you are having with your machine...go there. They are great!

My first time visiting Calla Lilly. Wonderful products, expert advice and so friendly. I feel good about purchasing my sewing machine there as it is back up with on-site service. Looking forward to taking a couple of classes.

The owners and staff at Calla Lily are friendly and efficient. I really enjoyed the classes that were included in my package, when I purchased my machine there. They have a great classroom, and Diane Rutkofske is a wonderful teacher.

This was my second machine purchase there. Carolyn and Wayne are extremely knowledgeable about their products and services. Their friendliness and love of their services will always bring me back again for machine accessories and classes.

I took the used Viking machine I purchased at a yard sale to Calla Lilly for a tune-up. It was ready for pickup in 1 1/2 weeks. It runs like a dream. I was not familiar with how to use this model Viking so Colleen did a wonderful job of teaching me how to use it. I learned so much in a short time. She was very patient with me!!! I love shopping at Calla Lilly because they always have so many useful items that are reasonably priced for sale!!

I drove up to Calla Lilly Sewing Center from Sterling Heights, and it was well worth the trip. They were extremely nice, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly.They took my machine and called me the very next day to tell me they had finished. I returned, picked up my machine, and when I got home I tried it. It was fixed.So, they were fast, they were reasonable in price, and genuinely very nice people. It was a pleasure doing business with them.
