When ordering used electronics, you would expect the supplier would at least have tested the component before listing and selling it. Most plug pin configurations are not complex, and schematics are readily available. The Audi hazard unit I ordered from Das Parts was dead. No response to questions about returns or replacements. Not a big-ticket item, but the lack of response or testing before selling products is concerning, and I would recommend caution when ordering online from Das Parts.

Recently had a new clutch installed and the communication from the entire team was fantastic.Not only did they help me with the wide range of questions that I had but they were incredibly friendly, honest and the experience of the team really shows.They even took some photos for me which was cool to keep track of all the mods as I do them.I will definitely be going there for anything I need in the future.

Typical toronto driver took my drivers side mirror off on my 2010 a4 in etobicoke. I called ordered and a mirror that same day and it arrived at my home in ottawa before noon the following day. Very quick and easy service. Very reasonably priced compared to other places local in ottawa that wanted $100+ or more for one mirror assembly. Ended up getting a pair of s4 mirrors for a great deal! Highly recommend!
