So, I placed an order back in the beginning of July. I first realized it was going to be a hassle with Jaqueline when it took two days to reach her at one of the business emails to change my address on my order. After about 2 weeks in I wanted to ask about processing and if *en route* counts before or after processing an order. After a week of no response I went ahead and sent another email about cancelling my order. She replied within 2 days. She said her inventory was stuck in customs and should be receiving it in a week’s time. that was over a month ago. it wasn’t until two weeks ago when I emailed her again and told her I want her to go ahead and process the cancellation. Instead of replying to my email, she printed a shipping label and let it sit for a week. I emailed her again and this time she replied promptly and told me that I have the option to send my item back for a refund, since she had already shipped out my item via Canada Post.Jaqueline plays on Twitter (@Momdipity) all day long but takes either 3 days or 3 weeks to respond to an email, *if* she decides to respond to it. It’s time to hang it up girl, you had 10 years (surprisingly) of running that shop. Even in some LennyLamb groups other people have made remarks of her performance as a shop owner, as she ‘gets overwhelmed with high volume orders’ verbatim.

I'm surprised not more people shared their negative experiences with this company, perhaps it's because it's hard to find the Google site there are at least 70 negative experiences on social media, you just have to scroll down until you find a post with 20-60 comments.

Beware! I've ordered products in May, 2021! They sent some of the products but not all, although I was charged for the product that I haven't received yet. I've been following up a number of times by email and left a message on the phone. It's been 4 months and no response!

Please STAY AWAY. I wish I checked the reviews before placing an order online. I just experienced the worst customer service from a small business. She claims to be a family business with a passion for helping others on their parenting journey (!!!) but my experience has been far from that. I have two small kids and I wasted so much of my time for the past three weeks trying to get a hold of this person. I first got suspicious when I realized I hadn't heard back for two weeks after placing my order. It took four emails/messages to hear back once. She said she was heading to the shop and would check and get back to me 'ASAP'. This was a week ago. I followed up twice since then and NOTHING. That's when I decided to do some checking and here we are: so many people in my situation! I never even thought a baby shop could have such a low rating. I would rate it 0 (not even 1 star) if I could. I support small businesses all the time and this is the first time I've experienced such terrible communication. Most of my orders are shipped within 1-2 days. Clearly she's not planning on shipping anything. How does she live with herself, trying to steal people's money and inconveniencing so many families, who have many important things to do every day! She will not be keeping my money, that's for sure but that's not enough for me. I will be sharing my experience on every platform I can find and tell others how she has been scamming so many people. I really hope to prevent others from wasting their time and money with Jacqueline Smith. Even if I can help one parent...

A horrendous experience, do not buy from Jaqueline there's fragmented communication and I'd say hundreds of people who has similar experiences of radio silence, missing orders, never being refunded the list goes on. I'm lucky that I was refunded. The positive reviews on google here are family members to boost the rating.

I would strongly caution against ordering from this shop. They do not keep the out of stock items updated. When I ordered something that appeared in stock and was left out of my order there was no email or note anywhere as to why it was missing and when it would ship. It took a couple attempts to get someone to respond to my emails, and finally was told they were finding out the ETA of a restock from the vendor. They then stopped responding to me and it’s been a month since I last heard from them and 2 months since I originally placed my order. I am making a final attempt to contact them before filing a PayPal claim. There are too many other reputable toy shops with reliable service to be able to recommend this business.

Ordered in Feb 2020 and 6 months later, have yet to receive a refund, any response from this shop regarding the status of my order. All I want to do is cancel it, get a refund and move on. The babies I ordered the Kokadi blankets as gifts for are no longer babies so...I strongly say buyer beware and advise you to shop elsewhere.

This was by far the worst experience I've ever had with a small business. I attempted to purchase a carrier through their layaway program intending to pay it off early. I had a terrible time trying to get in contact with the seller to figure out how to even make consecutive payments. After about 5 days of me emailing and messaging with no response I was finally able to complete my purchase. I did understand that there would be a 2 to 3 week wait before shipment. However after three weeks I began emailing the seller because I had heard absolutely nothing about the status of my order. 8 days and multiple emails later I chose to file a PayPal claim. The seller then told me that my carrier arrived that very day from the manufacturer and they would ship it to the next day. However after 5 days the tracking number still stated that the package had never been delivered to the post office by the seller. So I asked about the status of my order noting also that the shipping label stated it could take up to 15 days for delivery. I was told that it was a holiday weekend and that it was not going to take 15 days but it was expedited shipping for 4 or 5 days. (this was not true as my tracking number told me what type of shipping the label was for). I was very aggravated as to the length of time my shipment was taking and the lies that they had told me about when it would be delivered. They offered to refund me if I would like and I asked them to please ship it if it was indeed going to be shipped that day and with expedited shipping. They chose not to ship my order and only gave me a partial refund but their invoices to me stated that they gave me a complete refund. I had to open another case on PayPal for the rest of my payment which took another several days for them to acknowledge and return. This entire process took 42 days.

Horrible small business to deal with.Takes weeks to communicate. She made a shipping label and told me it had shipped. Acted surprised when it never showed up, said she would talk to the post office, weeks later when I finally got a refund she cancelled the shipping label. It was never even sent... I talked to others with the same experience as well. I highly suggest going to the Facebook page and reading comments from costumers begging for her to respond to orders never shipped or received.

Do not buy from this store. They will take your money and then never send you your purchase. Ignore every email and phone call and then claim you’ve been refunded. Put a few hundred dollars
