Advanced Laser Clinic

Been going here for a little over a year now and I've always had a good experience! I've been getting laser hair removal done with Roxanne and she's been super friendly and efficient and I started seeing results after only a few sessions. The rest of the staff members that I've met are also very nice and professional! The clinic is well kept and the private rooms are fairly spacious. I definitely recommend!

The “promotion package” they offer is a scam. I went for a consultation and the person who spoke to me said I’d need about 3 sessions to get my tattoo removed so she made “a promo package” where the session would be cheaper if I paid for 3 upfront. I got my tattoo removed in one session (I had done sessions previously so there was not much left) , when I asked for a refund of the remaining two sessions, they said they don’t give refunds only clinic credits (which I’m not interested of) . They didn’t make clear at any point about the non refundable policy, even though it mentions on their paperwork, I believe they scammed me by saying I needed more than I actually did and now I lost over $400 . Wouldn’t recommend

Way way way overpriced for tattoo removal! Shop around, this place is gouging customers.The lady quoted me more than 3 times the price that others charge!! She looked at my tattoo for a second, then started writing on her piece of paper and wrote out a payment plan to try to sell me on the gouging. Terrible dishonest business! Avoid!

I've been coming to this clinic for over 6 years. By far my favourite clinic that I can always rely on. Roxanne does my laser and she is amazing. Very grateful for her. Thank you for the best service in Ottawa :)

Excellent laser hair removal service performed by Roxanne. She is efficient but thorough and made the whole process very comfortable for me. I am satisfied with my results. I would highly recommend it, despite the slightly higher price point.

I’ve completed tattoo removal sessions with the Picoway laser and I’m blown away! On top of the great package I bought, the service and staff are incredibly professional and are true experts. From the very first session, I’ve always felt comfortable and at ease. I’ve had all my treatments done by Alia and I honestly cannot say enough good things about her! She walks you through the entire process and she is a pro. I am beyond happy with the results of my finger tattoo removal. Highly recommend!

Went in for a second round of tattoo laser removal after being very unhappy with my first round at a DIFFERENT clinic. My skin complexion is comparable to Rihanna, for context.I feel like I was given complete and honest information and was told about risks, such as hypopigmentation. Luckily, I am fully healed and my skin complexion returned to normal.Only needed one round and lightened so significantly that I didn't personally feel like I needed another round. My plan is to coverup with another tattoo anyway.Theres 1 other tattoo I am considering removing, and this would be the clinic I come to for sure.

I highly recommend this clinic. Their treatments really work. After 3 sessions my tattoo is nearly gone. After 2 treatments my sun damage spots are gone. My friend used another tattoo removal business and after the same amount of treatments mine is almost gone. While hers still looks the same. The staff is really great and super informative. I will be going back.
