Orders were all messed up, debit machine and self order option didn’t work, printer not working the garbage inside and outside were over flowing. The food didn’t taste good at all. Went to the fish and chip place next door and it was fantastic

If I could give it zero stars and still post a review, I would. I have a couple of friends that work here, and I know it isn't always the worker's fault. But by God, this is the worst fast food restaraunt I have EVER been to. Just most recently, AKA like half an hour ago, we went through the drive-thru and got ONE meal and a second small sandwich. This is apparently some sort of insurmountable task for this store, as they made us wait at the window, then had us pull into a parking spot for about 15 minutes. A worker then came out, asked us what our order was, wrote it on a napkin, and then went back inside, where we proceeded to wait another almost 15 minutes only for the order to be incomplete and have the wrong drink. An order of waffle fries? Nah, fill it up halfway with waffle fries and then the rest with regular fries because you can't be bothered to make any more. Ranch sauce? Nah, make us come through TWICE and then only tell us at the window, after we ordered it at the speaker TWICE, that you're out. I have worked in customer and food service since I was fifteen; I know it can be a draining and tiring job. But dear lord, you have literally try to be this terrible at your job. I would rather eat, and would probably get better service from the dumpster behind Dairy Queen.

Went for breakfast. Cheat day. Terrible. Sausage Egger: bun hard and stale. Hash brown cold. Coffee absolutely horrible. I think they forgot to change the coffee filter and used one twice. They should be made to give me my money back. But they won’t.

-100 this place is a complete garbage pit, food was horrible, got a double quarter pounder and brought it to their attention that it had one patty. They argued saying it was a double. Then realized it wasn't, took my burger in the back and added a patty. No forks, even ordered a poutine. Fries were cold and rubbery. Not to mention the shape of the dining room!! Total turn off, don't plan on ever going there again!!

It's a McDonald's, and this location is very hit or miss as it appears they are having staffing issues as they are always hiring. The food is consistent but often cold, especially their fries. They also aren't that careful when wrapping the food as it often appears to be tossed in. The Bible Hill location does a better job.

This Mac establishment is quite ordinary, lacking any distinctive features. However, it offers ample space for kids to play in a designated area, as well as plenty of parking spots and comfortable seating options. The food is satisfactory and reasonably priced. The floors are in good condition, and the restrooms are kept clean, ensuring a pleasant experience for customers

Pretty sad when you mobile order (which they brought our for faster service) and wait 20 minutes on a large fries and smoothie. To top it off my fries were half empty when I got them.

I never post a review for anything but I was so disappointed, I have to. Went in and ordered. Got our meal after about 10 minutes. I wanted a smoothie but they didn’t have any, okay that’s fine - so I ordered a coke, fries and a meal. When I got the order, I tasted the coke… it was warm, with just a little bit of ice and tasted like water with a bit of coke in it. I figured it was just an error so I told them it didn’t taste right.They then apologized and told me - *the machine has been broken ALL day*. Wait a minute, they knew it was broken and were serving people this anyway? So then he offered me another kind. I asked for root beer. He said that one is broken too. I asked if any weren’t broken. He said the fruitopia is working. I said that was fine… but when I tried it, it was also warm and also tasted like water with a bit of juice. He gave us a bottle of water. It wasn’t what I paid for. I was extremely disappointed they’re serving something when they know the machine is broken. Just tell people before they order.

By far one of the worst McDonalds locations I’ve been to. Among other issues, I have been made to wait at the window more times than I can count for the dumbest reasons. I just went through and had to wait at the window for hashbrowns at…9:30am? Other times I’ve gone through and been made to wait in the parking spot for them to make my order wrong 3 times in a row. The management here needs to get their act together.Edit: Going to edit this every time this place messes up an order. Today I ordered two double doubles, was made to wait at the third window, and neither of them had sugar in them. Bad!
