Trevor runs a first class business here! Responded to my service request on very short notice, had a very shady experience with one of the big plumbing companies in Calgary regarding my boiler. Techs weren't knowledgeable and a ton of pressured upselling. Wanted to get a second opinion and reached out to Trevor after finding him on Google based on reviews and experience. Very glad I did, from the start he was friendly, communicative with high integrity. He explained every step of the process including educating me on my specific boiler, common issues etc. No upselling/sales pressure at all, just fixed my problem efficiently, effectively and all at a very reasonable cost that makes the big companies look silly.Highly recommend to anyone looking for boiler or radiant heating needs, definitely has my future business!

I had an excellent service experience with Calgary Boiler Clean. I was referred to Trevor O'Reilly of Calgary Boiler Clean, as a factory trained technician, by the boiler manufacture to perform an annual maintenance service on my 6 yr old residential boiler with in-floor and indirect water heating. My email inquiries to them were responded to promptly so I decided to go with Trevor for the service. Trevor, himself, arrived at 8:50 for the 9:00AM appointment to perform the service. He appeared clean and was well equipped for the job. After the boiler was opened up I was shown the condition of the boiler and was given a fairly thorough description work that was going to be done. Trevor was patient in answering my questions about how the boiler worked, as well as, some other general plumbing questions. He was significantly more knowledgeable on the boiler than the technician from a larger plumbing service company that I had used previously. My family noticed an immediate performance improvement after the work was completed. We noticed that we didn't have to turn the faucet lever as far in order to get the same hot water temperature on the factory default temperature set point. I would credit the performance improvement to a combination of the maintenance that was performed and an incorrect setting (either set by the installer or the previous tech) that Trevor identified and rectified. The work area was left in its original clean condition after the work was done. Needless to say, I was very happy with the results of the work performed. I would say more and better work was done for only about $25 more than what I paid the last company I used. I will definitely use Trevor again to work on my boiler and would recommend him to any one else who needs boiler work done. I have high standards but am reasonable with my expectations and don't normally write reviews unless I feel recognition is deserved. I hope this review is helpful and that you have as good an experience with Trevor and Calgary Boiler Clean as I did.

Highly recommend Trevor. I texted him at 8pm for help when my hot water stopped working. He wrote back promptly and made arrangements to come the next day. He had the water back on ASAP. He is courteous, trustworthy and very professional.

We've had Trevor work on two projects. First, he overhauled our old polyB supply lines to the new PEX lines. He did a clean, amazing, attractive job. His bill was considerably less that I thought it might have been. He installed a new water heater that serves both our hot water and in floor heat, and a new water softener. // Then we had him back to plumb in a laundry cabinet/sink. He was fast, courteous and professional. He is not the least expensive but what he does is done right. High recommendation!!
