Heather was beyond AMAZING. Our new truck had a flat tire happen suddenly while we were on the 401 on the way from London to the Toronto Airport. Not only did she come immediately even though she wasn't necessarily working, she was so helpful and kind. It was crazy thunderstorm and we were in a dangerous spot on the side of the highway so she flat bedded our truck back to London, so we could have our family mechanic determine what happened to the tire. We were so appreciative of Heathers service, we will use her every time and highly recommend her to anyone. She was recommended to us from the OPP, who said she does a ton of calls for them - and I can understand why they choose her. Heather goes above and beyond.

Don't understand the other reviews in the least. Late Friday evening on a holiday weekend Heather came out to get my broken down motorcycle so quickly. She was great, honest and straight forward. Many of my motorcycle friends are going to geek out beyond belief that the star from biker TV gave me a tow. 10 stars out of 5

Absolutely rude service from this place. If you want to be lied to talked over and told to f$&@ off and hung up on this is your place. They act like they are put out when called upon to do their job. Also would only tow the car for cash.

I have used this tow service several times and had nothing but super service from them. I have recommended them to several of my friends and all have been very happy. I have always found Heather to be very polite and professional. (also a good sense of humor in a tough business)

Sept 15, 2022Heather beyond amazing today as she assisted my daughters car accident and towing of her vehicle. She was amazing with my daughters calming them down, ensuring everything was going to be ok and that health and their wellbeing was and remains the most important thing in life. She assured me as their father that they were in good spirits and provided me direction with who to call and waited for direction for location to take my daughters car. Heather we need more kind human and caring people in the world. Nothing worse then being in a car accident but having the right people by their side makes a world of a difference. Heather being one of the two tow operators the OPP called to pull my car out of the ditch made my day somewhat better after the collusion. She was polite and showed empathy to my situation. She help me narrow my options down to a repair shop who could immediately patch me up to continue my 150 KM journey. Thank you Silverbird towing and thank you Heather.
