I called EVAM on a Sunday morning and Ed received the call, arranged for a technician to inspect our furnace. Our furnace was 20 years old and we new were needed a replacement at some point. Ed was friendly and courteous and wanted to ensure that he could install quickly as the temperatures were well below zero. On Monday afternoon, Ed's team installed a high efficiency furnace for a very reasonable price. Ed came to inspect the installation and returned at the end of the job to ensure everything went well. I would highly recommend Ed and EVAM Canada for your HVAC needs.

I used EVAM services twice and both times they responded in time and provided cost effective and technically best solution. Excellent customer service, I approached them early morning late night asked many questions and every single time I got timely response and technically perfect suggestion.

My Furnace and AC unit both needed replacement, and the requirements were unusual. Ed gave a good quote covering all my needs without any sort of an up-sell.When it came to installation, Ed and Andre showed up when they said they would and did a great job. Very happy with my experience with Evam Heating. From the quote to the installation everything was great. What impressed me the most was the owner Ed. He was present with his team during the entire installation process which gave me enormous peace of mind because I was getting a hybrid heating system installed in my 115 year old Roncesvalles home, which is far more complicated & technical than a simple furnace installation. Based on Google reviews, I reached out to Ed when my three-year-old A/C wouldn't cool the house and the company that installed it stopped responding to my calls. Eventually, the owner told me to look for another technician because he wouldn't come as far as where I lived.Ed picked up my call the very first time. He came over at past nine in the evening in honor of his word that he would come on that day. It turned out my A/C was poorly installed and that killed the compressor.Ed requested a replacement compressor from the manufacturer but a week later, it didn't arrive with the other consignment from the US company. It was in the days of 30-plus degrees. I wasn't about to wait another one or more weeks. I decided to purchase a new unit and Ed offered me a bigger unit at a really good price. He installed it the very next morning. That was over a week ago and we've quite forgotten what it was like not to have a working A/C.Among other things, I'm very positively impressed that Ed picked up my calls, sometimes twice a day, knowing I wanted an update on a compressor that hasn't arrived, for a unit he had not been responsible for installing. He just took it up. He feels the pulse of his customers. He demonstrated concern for their comfort and affordability. I recommend him.

I had the privilege in having Ed from Evam Canada come over to my parents home and assist with a matter that had several technicians confused. Ed showed up and did not quit until he came up with a solution. I have to point out that even the way he was working, he made sure he did not damage or leave any mess at any time. I kept telling him Ed its okay don't worry about the mess, but he responded by saying he doesn't want to make a mess. He also calmed me and my dad down in a very stressful situation and his humour really stood out. We are recommending him and the company to anyone and everyone. Again, he could have taken the easy way out , but instead he worked all day in fixing the problem and leaving as least cost to me and my dad.
