Rajdeep C was great. However, I come back to exchange my phone and Raj was on day off so I was tendered by Navraj G.He was fine. He looked like he doesn't like his job, but I don't care. As long as he does the job correctly.HOWEVER, HE DID NOT.I found out that I was charge last month by the whole amount of the device I returned (within the return period).I'm assuming that the mistake was made on his end as the device was returned to him, so he did all the exchange process.And it was a huge amount of money and a lot to deal with just so I can reimburse it.I still don't know if I can reimburse it.THANKS A LOT NAVRAJ G! *sarcasm tone included*

Randomly walked into this store to purchase a fido sim. Aman was extremely helpful and went above and beyond and offered multiple options that suits my needs with the mobile plan. His customer service was fantastic and he even didn't forget to wish me luck with my upcoming move to New Brunswick. Thank you Aman, you definitely should be recognized for all what you do! I had lost my phone and I was looking to switch providers and I decided to stop by. Navraj was amazing he helped me out and provided me with some excellent service and is also very knowledgeable about the phones and providers.
