Kung Fu Tea on Steelestech (North York)

Please pay attention to staff at this location. They might need re-training or have more people working on the floor to cover more stations for smooth service. This was the first Kung-Fu tea location that took over 10 minutes to make 1 drink, and the drink tasted …strange.1. Appearance: 1/5⭐️ I ordered the Sago Taro Latte, it did not look good in a cup. The colours were weird, my taro was brown in colour, texture looked strange and grainy.2. Smell: 1/5⭐️ Did not smell like a classic sago taro. It had a distinct smell of a different drink that faintly reminded of cherry.3. Taste: 1/5⭐️ Absolutely awful taste. First time in my life I had to throw out the entire drink after 2 sips. Tasted like grainy, dirty cherry drink. Almost as if they re-used container from a previous drink they made without washing it. Tasted NOTHING like a TARO latte. And looking at your previous reviews I can see that others have also mentioned your drinks (taro included) tasting different and disgusting compared to other Kung Fu tea location.4. Texture: 1/5⭐️ No matter how much I mixed it, the texture was GRAINY all around. Such a turn off.5. Temperature: 1/5⭐️ Lukewarm with ice.6. Flavour: 1/5⭐️ There was no flavour. I cannot believe I went in to waste 7$ just to receive a drink that tasted like something I didn’t order.7. Price: 1/5⭐️ 7 dollars down the drain, thrown out right after the first two sips.8. Customer Service: 1/5⭐️ During time of the order only 1 employee was on the floor - struggling to make drinks. At the time of order there was only me and 1 other person in the store and they took way over 10 minutes to make 2 of our drinks. As we were waiting another person came in - and all of a sudden second employee comes out from the back to take the order. If there are two people working, why is the second person hiding in the back the whole time while the other incompetent one is trying to take order / make drinks / give our drinks. Terrible set up.I was so excited to try out your location, but I will not be returning or recommending it to my colleagues unless the quality drastically improves.

Wonderful interior aesthetics at this location. The POS system didn’t automatically recognize that the drinks I ordered was the March special so it came up at a more expensive price that the cashier had to manually change. The lychee iced tea was light and refreshing. Really hit the spot.

I love their bubble tea and fruit tea! It tastes so good! Also, their staff is nice. I will definitely go there again! :)

I've been to several Kung Fu tea locations and the service here was consistent with my previous experiences. My order was taken very quickly by the cashier and it was only a few minute wait for my order to be ready (note I was the only one in the store at the time). The quality of the drink is what I would expect from Kung Fu tea so I appreciate that the drinks are consistent across locations.The storefront itself was very clean and nicely designed. There was a good seating area if you were to come by for a drink with a group. I will definitely return if I am in the area!

The drinks are good. The staff are so friendly and patient when I am taking a long time to think about what should I get. The atmosphere is so clean. I think it’s a great place for you to hang out with your friends.

I had a very bad experience. Even though the store wasn't busy, they made me wait for 25 minutes because I ordered TGTG, while they continued to serve other customers who were constantly entering the store. The pickup hour was set to be from 11pm to 11:30pm, and I arrived at 11:05pm. However, at 11:30pm, they told me they wouldn't prepare my order as they were still serving customers who had arrived after me. I was told that my order would be placed behind theirs since im at the lowest priority level. They asked me to wait until they finished with the other customers, and then they would start preparing my order. This left me wondering, why didn't they just modify their time settings if they knew they would still be welcoming customers? It doesn't make sense to let people just stand there and wait till the store is closed. It's totally disrespectful of other people's time. Furthermore, the staff here are ignorant and untrained. Overall, it was a horrible experience

Ordered the Passionfruit Green Tea, Matcha Slush with Red Bean, & Taro MT. All were great, but the matcha slush was better than other places i’ve been to! Staff were very friendly and kind !

Busy bustling place, even on a Monday night. We got our order via too good to go app, but the fact the drinks were made when we got there to pick up our order meant they don't let drinks just sit, even for a discounted deal.We enjoyed the brown sugar tapioca classic drink as well as a black grapefruit drink with brown sugar tapioca. The drinks, though best consumed the day of, still were delicious the next day.I have come to appreciate the variety and flavours of Kung Fu tea. Highly recommended!

I ordered a matcha egg waffle with ice cream and a signature fruit tea. That is surprisingly good !!! The fruit tea is so refreshing and tastes good with agar bubbles ,, highly recommended :) and the waffle with ice cream is a perfect match !!! Hehe…I love it

When it comes to bubble tea, there is one place that stands out for its balanced drinks and service. Drinks we ordered had a right amount of sweetness and flavor. Great device and satisfying bubble tea.
