The staff at Duncan Music are super friendly and very helpful. Always willing to do their best to help out musicians of all ages and experience levels. There's a wide range if products to choose from, all very fairly priced (according to my research).I've been shopping here since I was 12, and I've never walked away dissatisfied.

These guys are great. They go out of their way to help. I have sent a couple friends there recently and they reported the same sort of experience I had. Prices are competitive with the bigger shops. Must support local. Check out Duncan Music.

Came in here a few times while I was Treeplanting out of Chemainus and ended up buying a new Yamaha Fsx800c after trying a bunch of different acoustics and was helped by Ryan both times I was in the store. I've been super happy with the guitar especially at the price for how great it sounds and plays and the service couldn't have been better. If I'm ever on the Island again I'll be shopping here forsure!

Had a few old amps repaired there recently, and have been happy with the results. Quick turnaround times, very affordable, and very nice normal humans on staff. No weirdo high pressure sales stuff. Grateful to have this place here in the valley.

It can be intimidating to walk into a place full of things that you know absoutley nothing about. After our daughter got a ukulele as a present, I paid a visit to the store to get her some picks. I do not play guitar. I had no clue what I was doing or where to start. The staff were extremely helpful and non-judgemental. They know their stuff. Thank you so much for your help, it was super appreciated. We will be back soon!
