I've now used Max Grondin and his team on two house purchases. They've been a great help in the search, negotiation and closing process and have also had great recommendations on post closing support for various projects as required. When Max wasn't available, Liliane stepped in to help and she was great. They don't use a hard sell or pressure approach at all - they are consultative in their approach and will help you reach the right decision for your home.
