I seen a ad on Facebook and made an appointment to get winter tires changed over. They were pleasant and fast. I was expecting a up sell as thier prices were fairly cheap but they didn't even try. As matter fact they saved me money. I will be going back

***Scam Alert***I booked a u-haul truck online and I was directed to collect it from Grease Monkey in Kamloops. So I collected the truck from here but the lady and her boyfriend running the show turned out to be big cheats. She recorded wrong mileage on the contract and overcharged me on the no of kms driven as well as the rate/km. I left the truck outside their facility over the weekend and so I couldn't close the contract face to face. However on receiving my final invoice in the mail I realized that I was charged over 100$ extra on my credit card. After this they wouldn't pick my phone calls for many days and never called back in spite of leaving so many voice messages. On calling u-haul to complain about them I was asked to deal with Grease Monkey directly and the u-haul lady on the phone didn't want anything to with it, this was so unprofessional. I even visited this place on 2 occasions but both times it was shut for some reason. This has been my worst experience in Kamloops and just the feeling of being cheated left a bad impression on me and I find it hard to trust people now.

I love this place & this guy always attends you regardless of the fact you are walking in or have a booking. The best thing is he doesn't rip you off unlike others in the town. If you need quality service at cheapest price, dont look here & there.

I've dealt with George a couple of times and find him to be knowledgeable, forthright and just a good guy. The repairs he did were on time and as quoted.

Scam artist. Took over 6 weeks to (not) do a job that Georgey boy said will be done in 3 days. He apparently couldnt fix it, so he called other mechanic shops to see if they can fix it, without any sort of communication to me whatsoever. Ignored calls, didnt call back for days. Issue still remains, and multiple items from the trunk were stolen.Multiple reviews share the same stealing nature of George, the owner and the blonde lady at the front.

Very happy with my experience here. George was very accommodating and true to his quote. In and out without any issues. Ty George.

My SUV broke down near the shop on the highway.I had it towed to the shop. I ordered a used engine for $1200 and paid $1200 in advance for labor to install the engine. The SUV sat finished for a couple weeks as I was out of town. The day before I go to pickup the SUV I was told it was stolen. I called the police and confirmed they had made a report. Since it had no insurance at the time, ICBC won’t do anything.It’s been over a month and I’ve received zero compensation from the shop or their insurance. The shop is claiming they take zero responsibility for peoples vehicle while in their care. I’ve asked him to pay me back for the labor and they refuse. I would take your car to a more reputable shop. I feel scammed by them.

Saw add on Facebook made an appointment for 9am, I was greated by George and he took tires and rims out of my lickup box and said anytime after an hour. I went back few hours later with George greating me before I turned my truck off. Not long later got truck back. Love the friendly fast service and I highly recomme3this company
