We're regulars to this location. We usually come here on Sunday's with same order. And the experience from the previous visits were awesome! But today, we ordered the same thing, and asked our server to split our pancakes into two plates, she said that they don't split the meals on weekends as it's busy but on previous visits the restaurant was extremely busy than today and they never told us that they don't do the splitting. Secondly, the toast with the omelette was burnt and it was so hard to take a bite out of it. Most important, we asked for two glass of water and i was about to drink it and glass smelled like rotten egg, maybe it wasn't washed properly or something and when i asked my server for water bottles instead and told her the issue and grabbed the glasses look all around it and told us nobody else is complaining about water except you guys. It made us really uncomfortable that we shouldn't have tell her anything.

Generally this place is great. We were greeted and taken to a seat fairly quickly. I noticed some servers have a bit of an attitude but I understand they are trying their best with what they have. The food came at a reasonable time and it was well made. We really liked the pancakes, however there are some patches of raw batter in the pancake that could have been cooked more thoroughly. The place is clean except for some food scraps under our tables. The men's washroom is clean and stocked but the sink has no warm water. Overall, I recommend this place

Food was good. Nothing to write home about, but good hearty food nonetheless. Service was great! Really enjoyed our server. Atmosphere is definitely sub-par. The table was sticky, the wall was splattered with syrup and the whole place felt like it was stuck in 2003. Could use a solid clean and some sprucing up.

We went on a trip to abbotsford during the weekend. We thought of having brunch at IHop in Abbotsford. Unfortunately IHOP has been permanently closed in Abbotsford. We had to take a reroute and go to the nearest IHOP which is in Langley. Its a 60km trip and the food is worth the trip. I ordered a split decision breakfast with buttermilk pancakes and mexican tresleches. I loved the food and its worth the price. The coffee is excellent. Service was fast. Bread toast and the sausage are my favorite.

We went for brunch on a Saturday. The wait time suggested was 25+ minutes. Inspite of the number of people waiting we still got the table under 20 minutes.Kudos!! to the staff they were very efficient. As soon as a table was finished it just took them few seconds to clean and make it ready for the next customer.The food was also great , We ordered Chicken fajitas omelette, New combo breakfast and chocolate chip pancakes.

Spectacular breakfast food. No better way to start the morning then with a large, full plate of good food.Be prepared to wait a while though, and for there to be lots of others waiting. It's always quite busy.In result of this the service can take its time but not to a point of complaint. Considering the amount of people this location can seat, the responsiveness and reasonable speed the servers and cooks operate at is admirable.

Nice place to enjoy lunch. Very clean and staff are friendly.Had the Colorado Omelet with crispy hash brown. Omelet was bigger than I expected and this thing was packed. Nice chunks of meat with mixed veggies. Also, hash browns were awesomely crunchy. First time asking for super crispy hash browns and actually getting something crispy.
