Little Lake Health Centre

I had previously given little lake a 1 star review but now re, reviewing as it was about a Dr in the building. Now that the individual is no longer there and likely because a buildup of complaints or who knows the reason I just know she is gone. Now that she is gone I can say that this building is much more a Happy place to visit. The ultrasound and radiologists team downstairs are great I recommend them ! The medical marijuana place that was also downstairs was ok. And I am sure that the rest of the building is thriving. You don't hear anyone leave upset , or crying and confused. I see smiles and normal emotional behavior from folks. When people are already sick or injured it does not help to have a unprofessional bias unpleasant physician to visit and receive very poor healthcare from. Whatever the reason I am just so glad to see her out of this very nice and well functioning Health care building. I do recommend visiting now. Absolutely would I get blood work done again at Little Lake and fill a prescription ! Thanks Little Lake !

The building and services may be great but the parking is aweful. Couldn't go into my sons appt with the specialist as couldn't find parking and traffic was so bad I couldn't even do a 2nd drive around so waited at zehrs until he was done. Good thing it only took 1 year to get this appt. :(. It's too bad.

I just want to say I am so pleased with the service I received from Dr Klaussen office!! Reception was warm and kind, Dr Klaussen was a wonderful Dr with great bed side manner. I would highly recommend!!

Why they would build a medical centre that does bloodwork and radiology with such lousy parking is beyond me. There are literally about 60 spots and after the staff park....patient parking is a nightmare. Very poor planning. I only gave 2 stars because the services in rhe building are fine

Great building. Have been coming here since it opened a few years ago. New parking lots are much much better but should have better directional signs. There is an upper level parking now but not sure what its used for.

Beautiful building! So nice to have a medical centre with everything all in the same place. I hear Barrie transit will be adding a bus stop on Cundles to next year - this is great!

lots of cancelled appointments, then they call me up to tell me my doctor left today and i am on my own. Asked to see another doctor there, they tell me they are not a walk in clinic. They seem to forget I was a patient of their company. Worst place I have ever been with zero compassion for their clients!

Dr. Ballagh was a very pleasant, knowledgeable Doctor, very helpful for my inner ear and sinus concerns.

Really nice building. Very efficient. Got my labs, heart test and eye exam all in an hour. There is actually a view of the lake while getting my lab work done. Made me relaxed.The parking is tight but better much than the other medical buildings in the area.
