This location is the worst customer service MCDonald in Gatineau. The employees and Manager needs to be fired. What kind of joke whoever made this order did it on purpose and very low of an act. Got an entire chicken pad when order nuggets??? Got wrong drinks, missing ice cream, Fries burnt crunchy. This is clearly not a mistake. Ordered through Uber Eats order #AADED.

They are not even worth giving one star but I have to I order to write this review. Worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. Lazy lazy workers, food is never correct and staff are very incompetent. I am never going back to this location again.

Staff are incompetent. Food is always made poorly and cold. The dining area is disgusting and never maintained. Head office doesn't care that this McDonald's is constantly breaking health codes. Close it down or change all the staff. DO NOT GO HERE.

This macdonalds is the worst always slow service. Cold food. Tonight waiting in drive through 20 minutes still have not ordered. Tell me to drive to window even though I did t order yet. Then wait another 20 minutes. Worst service ever

This is the worst dirty McDonald’s I ever saw!!! I’m so mad that I didn’t take pictures, not one table was clean, self serve counter also dirty. The floor, coffee spill near tables, wall all grease with finger print not counting the washrooms!!! My god can’t describe how bad it was!!! When I saw what “color” the staff was I understood why it’s so dirty!

Ridiculous place,ordered spicy crispy chicken poutine and this is what i got,plus took a bite from it and chewed on a piece of wood, this place is pathetic

If I could have given this place ZERO for a review, this is the option I would have taken! LAZY - EXTREMELY LAZY - personnel who deliver food at the curbside area consistently come at the passenger window to hand you food and drinks when you are sitting alone in the driver's seat... talk about a way to INCREASE THE RISK of an accident ...to spill hot coffee or make a mess on the passenger side ! Today... same thing happened and it is not the first time I ask them to come to the driver's side... The young lady who came to deliver my food today responded with an extremely condecending and insulting smirk which was so DISRESPECTFUL toward me as a customer ! She couldn't care less ! (She is lucky she is not working for me because had a staff member of mine done that to any of my customers they would be out of a job in a heartbeat !)McDonald's : if you BOTHER 'training' staff in ACCIDENT PREVENTION (The risk of causing injuries to staff and your customers) and PROPER attitude toward your customers you ought to take note of this ! ....BEFORE someone gets burnt with hot coffee spilled by a lazy staff member or someone gets upset enough at seeing their dismal attitude they might take offense and someone could get injured someday. . . This is the LAST time I am coming here... I am certain I shall find better, more respectful service ELSEWHERE! ....Oh ! ....and, don't try reaching management by phone to underline the situation to them, they don't bother to answer the phone ! So, as a priority essential worker who does hold concern when it comes to potential risk for injuries, I took it upon myself to go inside and asked to speak to the owner/manager... He did come to speak with me, did listen to my concerns and was very polite and receptive and stated he will have a word with the staff member whom I identified to him. . . Hoping for better days ahead folks !

The usual fare from this, or any of the Gatineau side McDonald's for that matter... lukewarm and not-so-fresh coffee and a dried out muffin. I normally don't bother any more with the Gatineau restaurants and prefer the Ottawa location on Bank Street, their morning crew absolutely rocks... hot fresh coffee and freshly baked moist muffins and a polite, hard-working staff.

I'm astonished that this place is still open. The staff are like brainless zombies. They have no idea what they are doing and always mess up your order. The dining area is disgusting and is never cleaned. Don't go here unless you want to get sick!
