21st November 2022 and timing was around 4 and I was looking for a boots with my wife and cousin and we selected 3 pairs and we asked for a assistance to look for the size and she helped us but for 2nd time when we asked for a size, the girl pretending to be the manager of the store came and said very rudely that don’t ask for pairs if you are not going to buy and she took the box and went to the cashierWhen we confronted her for a rude behaviour she just raised her volume and said that we have thrown the boots on her face which is very stupid reason because cameras were there and why we will throw the boots on her face when we are shopping in the mail.That’s why I guess this place is so uncommon and we never heard about it from anyoneThis is very bad and very unprofessional way to work in a store like that.No one can judge anyone like this Nd I would like to request store owner or this brand people or higher authorities to change your sales person or you will end up loosing your brand image and your business.Time and date is mentioned so that you can check which sales person ( a girl ) was there at that time and take action because we will never recommend this places to anyone now.Square one mall location

Went to Blackwell to buy a pair of shoes for my birthday. Girl working there, Simran was really helpful and friendly. Great customer service, would surely visit again.♥️

The lady who helped me pick out my first blundestones was awesome. She was so helpful and knowledgeable and had a great attitude. Too bad I don't know what her name was. I have no regrets with my purchase

The store had a lot of shoe variety which I found really nice. Customer service was great! I went in looking for a pair of sandals and the store manager greeted me and helped throughout my whole shopping experience, would totally recommend!!

Hi!!Just wanted to shout out the amazing manager! She took the time and care in taking care of my boyfriend and I for some winter boots. Brought out different styles and sizes and was even kind enough to have the patience of helping us out. She did a fantastic job and definitely needs a raise for all the hard work she does!Thank you again! Definitely recommending all my friends to come check this location out!! :))

Went to Blackwell in square one and the shoe selections were very nice. I wanted two pairs of sandals but the customer service threw me off completely. A male worker was talking on the phone since I entered the store with my friend and never greeted us or other customers. He didn’t acknowledge to even ask if I needed any assistance. When I went up to the checkout area to try to get his attention to grab my shoe size, he was still on the phone and I waited a good 3-5 mins. Why would I greet first when you’re not welcoming customers from the beginning. At least say “sorry give me a minute I will help you out in a sec” but no my friend and I was patiently waiting long enough so we left the display shoes on a table and left. Once you have horrible customer service, I will never buy items from you or return back to shop.

My dad came to buy shoes the employee was all the time working with shoes near him and wherever my dad will make step he will follow him and won’t let him look at the shoes. Also when I asked what shoes does have discount he rudely told me only brands such as I know where everything was located and finally when we found it we asked for another he said he will bring it but he just ignore and started to do other job
