Completely shaved our dog who had a double coat which they tried to justify and his fur never grew back properly. Do not recommendUpdate: the response back is incorrect as the person who responded doesn’t even know what incident this is and has no idea what groomer did it and instead is choosing to be defensive. Obviously I knew my dog shouldn’t be shaved so why would I agree? I’m sorry you choose to insult everyone who gives you a bad review even when you don’t know the situation

I cannot recommend this place enough… The NICEST most caring girls with my kitty. So sweet and got me booked in asap. Definitely will be returning for my kittys next lion cut. Take your pet here and you will be definitely satisfied with the service. Nothing more stressful than your own pet with strangers and I definitely felt comfortable with the girls here !!! Patience is key with pets and they definitely exceed with that, what a great experience:)

Dear SAM,First of all who replies to a business review 3 months after the fact? Do you not check your reviews? Let me give you some facts to clear these accusations. The day i came to get Milo's grooming , was a Monday at 8am. After getting to work i noticed MILO had his left side 1.5 longer than the other side. So as soon as i had a break i thought it fair to comeback this same day to have the cut looked at

If I could give 10/5 stars I would. Markeyda's grooming is friendly, professional and quick! And a very good price! I get my cat groomed here and they always have time for her, and are so quick. She is normally a skittish cat, but they handle her deftly and firmly with confidence & skill! My giant floofball, Aria, is always super pleased with her grooming after, especially since she can run around without sliding on the floors! And I'm happy with knowing she's groomed to not get smelly or mats under her appendages! ❤️❤️

Last time I brought my dog here, his cut was all uneven, handed me a wet dog, but still charged me the full amount, would not recommend.No!!!! everything I’m saying is 100% true, what a joke my dog likes to be blowed dried, and yes you did charge the full amount, never have I seen a person who owns a shop be so aggressive with her responses, definitely not recommended her.

I recently have been trying to get my cat groomed and got the opportunity to take him to this groomers. They were extremely busy and called when a cancelation happened. Firstly, they let me take him into a calm environment with not alot of noise which helped keep him calm. Secondly they were finished in under an hour and he looked amazing. Lastly the cat I brought home was actually more happy then the one I took there. His paws and nails were trimmed beautifully and he felt clean and lighter in the hair. Would love to thank the team for taking such great care of the animals you serve. ❤️

I have searched long and hard in Langley for a groomer I loved and I found it. They’re so kind, thoughtful, attentive and just genuinely care. My dogs had only been there once or twice but they already recognize them, know that Dozer needs space and what they like and don’t like.This morning I fell in the parking lot and immediately was met with 2 groomers offering kind words, making sure I was okay and helped me up. I brushed myself off and went back in where right away they took my dogs leash and lead me to the wash room to clean my hands and offered bandaids.They are amazing! Get your dog groomed here!
