Prestige Portraits

If I could rate this as less than one star I would. My daughter finished her degree at University of Lethbridge this year and the way these important photos are shot for university students is a disgrace. Students are limited to a 10 minute appointment time in which the shots are taken and the students must look at the photos on the screen make their selections, select the package they wish to order and decide if they wish to have any retouches as well as pay for the order up front. There is no way for parents to have input in any of the decision-making for the prints or cost. Some of my daughters photos were taken with the cap and some without. When we received the actual prints, the photo which was without the cap had her hair standing up toward the back. Should a professional photographer not ensure the nicest photo possible? This company should reevaluate what services they should be providing to its clients and provide a more professional approach.
