Food was good, but service was even better. Julie was incredibly gracious, kind, and attentive, the best service I've had in a restaurant in a long time. She did a fantastic job and made us feel so welcome, thank you Julie!

Me and my partner go through the drive through every now and then and are always treated with amazing service. Literally everytime, the order takers are so patient and attentive and make sure you leave not only with everything you asked for but also napkins, condiments and utensils! We seriously appreciate the extra mile the staff goes to make us feel very welcome :)

My husband and I ate our dinner today and were served by Sandra. Excellent service and the food was delicious. I ordered the market vegetables instead of fries. They use fresh, not frozen vegetables and I enjoyed them. Another great visit to the New Glasgow Swiss Chalet

Julie is an amazing server. She really made us feel like we were at her house for a home cooked meal.The 5 wings and half back of ribs with all the extra fixings was exactly what I wanted it to be!

Our waitress, Jennifer was phenomenal. We had a large group of people and she handled all of us very kindly and efficiently, all with a smile on her face! She was very intentional in making sure we all had what we needed

Went to this location in new Glasgow for a family celebration tonight. Our waitress Jennifier was AMAZING! She was attentive and very pleasant, we loved her and SHE made our celebration extra special. The food was as also very good and fresh and hot! Thank you Jennifer and New Glasgow Swiss Chalet, I would say the best one in the province by far!

This is the best Swiss Chalet I’ve been to and I’ve been to many in my day. The service was excellent and the food was definitely up to snuff. Big points for cleanliness!! Although it was very busy we didn’t get the feeling that the place was about to reach critical mass. The team handled themselves very well. Thank you all for a lovely dinner.

Minimum wage, SPLIT SHIFTS (that they dont mention at hiring), no tips to be had after the insane markups. I was hired as a part time dishwasher which somehow involved cutting 250 lbs of fries and making wings at 8am. Not the hardest job ever but also NOT gainful employment. If you enjoy poverty and working by a stop watch, this is the place for you!
