Excellent service, massive selection of tiles. John is the owner and the master of project prices. Honest guy with honest accurate pricing. If you expect perfection but have a budget, go away. No one will give a discount on meticulous and intricate work. Especially when expecting perfection.You get what you pay for. Simple as that.

In October of 2015 I contacted Suburbia Tile for a quote for an installation of in floor heating and the re-tiling of our en suite bathroom floor. The owner came to our home took his measurements and said he would have a quote to us in no time at all. In November I followed up with the owner by email and received a reply that he would get back to me by the end of the week with my quote. Its been 4 months now and I have sent multiple emails and made multiple phone calls and no one returns my calls. I cant get a quote for the work for the life of me. Not to say I would hire them now anyways because they really don't seem to interested in my business.
