Night shift people are amazing. Nice, friendly, makes the drinks as expected and requested.BUT, I've tried so many times... during the day. I realize it's a bit busier, but there's also many more people. There's normally 2 people during the evening, and 5 during the day. There's no drive-thru so that shouldn't be factored in for timing. I'm not trying to compare to the Starbucks down the road. But if I did, I'd be going to the one down the road. The reason I keep coming back to this particular location is because it's close and my breaks off work are only 15 minutes long.I've ordered multiple times, multiple times on the mobile and multiple times in person. I don't know what's up with the person taking the order - doesn't smile, doesn't chat, doesn't answer questions, and you need to walk up to them to order, they don't look or call you over. (Which I wad always taught to wait for them to call you over since walking up and ordering while they're doing something is rude)I'd normally be ok with everything because the drink would turn out ok. But today? Nope...It's been sitting there for a close 5 minutes, I walked up and asked, I ordered a iced caramel macchiato but that's not my name..

lived here for 7 years, i love this location and the staff, always looked forward to getting my iced chai tea with my chocolate croissant every morning before i moved out of the neighborhood. started working nearby so i am back visiting frequently :).

I came around 6:35-6:40pm today order Venti iced matcha with salted sweet cold foam on top. My drink wasn’t made properly and it taste really bad. He just top up the cream and put salt on top also I think his trying to save some ingredients couldn’t even fill up the cup properly. I will not be returning to this location.

Today, Saturday at 10:45am in SB Jasper Gates, Just a quick drop by to get myself and my daughter our favorite caramel ribbon crunch drink. Then there’s this young guy (crew) who took our order. He’s so polite, so kind and very friendly. I didn’t get the chance to take his name but he’s tall narrow eyes. I don't know but he looks Korean or Chinese or Japanese :-) way to go young buddy! You’re doing a great job there hun!

come here all the time and usually they do everything amazing but sometimes the baristas have the worst fkn attitudes and are so rude. always the same people working every time I have a bad experience.

Great crew! They almost know all the regular customers. Huge parking space. Accessible to different amenities such as the London Drugs, Dollarama, Orange Theory and Fresco.
