I have used Ambrose Plumbing in the past for clogged sinks, so they were my first choice when it came to tackling a bathroom renovation. My old tub was past its prime, so I made the decision to replace it with a walk-in shower. I'm thrilled with how it turned out.From initial conversations to get an estimate for the work, straight through to picking finishes and the actual work performed, I can't say enough how happy I am. I was kept in the loop regarding how long the process would take from parts coming in, to how many days the work would take. All of the people involved were professional, communicated what was going on, and advised me of what to expect throughout the work at hand. Thank you to Brent, Cam, and the sub-contractors who created a beautiful space that I know I will enjoy for years to come.I love it!

This is the second time I have used Ambros since moving back to St Thomas.I believe Cindy was the person I talked to she was very helpful and explained everything. The two gentlemen that came to help me were on time, fast and efficient. They cleaned up after they were done. They were also very friendly. All around a good experience both times I have needed their services. Thanks a lot.

After living in St. Thomas for over 20 years I had always heard Ambrose plumbing was extremely expensive and only did big jobs., I now know different. I had a simple bathroom faucet put in and the workman, Cody, went above and beyond. Will always go to this company and recommend highly! Thank you for a great job!

The team kept in contact as to when they would arrive. Repairs were done quickly. Price for parts and labour were really reasonable. Called before arriving. Great team, got right to work and did the work needed. Definitely the go to plumbing experts in St Thomas.

Was having sewage/water backup in my floor drain. Tried a whole host of home remedies that worked temporarily, but eventually got to a point where even those wouldn’t work.Had to call the professionals to fix my issues because I was sure it was a clog.Was able to have Ambrose come out less than a week after my call!I was fearing the worst because I know that good plumbers aren’t cheap, and this was going to be a two person job.I had a family member at home while the plumbers came, and things couldn’t have gone smoother.The team from Ambrose was in and out with their auger in less than two hours!My water is flowing free now, and I have had zero issues or concerns since their visit.I never thought I could dislike water so much before all these problems.I am beyond grateful that Ambrose was able to fix all of my issues in such a short time frame and on relatively short notice.Thank you!

Ambrose is fantastic. Our hot water heater went out and they were very responsive! 24 hours after my call for help we had a brand new heater installed. Reasonably priced, great friendly and personable crew. Very professional and answered all of my questions while they were here. I would use their services again.

Ambrose recently did a partial remodel on two bathrooms. There were two different teams; the first team Cody and Owen (a co-op student) removed vanities and toilets in preparation for flooring install. Cody was very knowledgeable and worked hand over hand with Owen explaining every step they were taking and why. The second team, Cameron & Jeff came in after the floors were done and installed the new toilets, vanities and rehung the shower door. They were hard workers, polite, respectful and worked diligently to complete the job. The employees of Ambrose are amazing ambassadors of the service you provide. Huge thanks to Aaron for his expertise and guidance.

This week we have been doing some renovations to our home and we all know how dirty we can get. Painting, dusting and sweating over the hard work....and someone like me gets paint everywhere even on my forehead.We ran into an issues where our basement started flooding from the main floor drain in our laundry room. We had our clean laundry laying out waiting to be put away after we showered and other necessities on the floor from the work we have been doing all week. Everything was soaked and we couldn't believe what was happening.We called Ambrose and they booked us an appointment for Friday.Wednesday night we came home around 10pm from getting groceries and seen that the basement flooded again with more water than the day before.We panic and called an emergency plumbing number ( not providing name ) and they came out. They charged us an arm and a leg for the work he did and when he left we unplugged the sink and flushed the toilet and water came up again 5 mins after he left. We called them back an they replied with what the service man required needed to be done....power flush and it would cost $1600.We decided to wait for Ambrose because we were so upset with the outcome we just had with the service.My family could not use any water at all because the basement would flood for 2 days. No showers, dishes dirty and we had to go to Tim Hortons to use the bathroom and get something to eat or drink because it just wasn't right....LOLFriday came and Dan and his partner ( sorry forgot his name ) came by and next thing you know we can have a shower, wash dishes and use the toilet.....thank god Timmies was getting expensive.They were in and out and very professional and the biggest thing we saw was how clean everything was after.Ambrose.....my family and myself want to say Thank You so much for helping us. Now we don't have to cancel Thanksgiving with our extended families.AgainDan....your partner and Ambrose Thank YouFairbanks Family
