Polite and friendly staff. Went in for servicing and got my oil changed. They didn't make me wait much, was done within 20 mins. And they don't charge you too much or try to seel you on extra stuff you don't need.

Our check engine liegt came on, which which was caused by a broken gas cap and we had to get our transmission oil and normal oil changed, even though we had to wait a week for an appointment everything was done quickly and cost us 260$ for everything including a new gas cap, the service hours and the oil change

Car lost power while driving today. It took 8 calls to find a mechanic who could accept a sudden" arrival by tow truck. Everyone is booked up for 2-3 weeks

Weve been taking our cars to Tennyson for 7 years and I cant rave about them enough! We feel so lucky to have a mechanic who we always can trust to get the job done well and quickly, be honest with us every step of the way about cost and to give us good advice - to have a mechanic like this is very very rare! Highly highly recommend!

Don’t bring your car here if you’re not a cis man. They will either be neglectful or they will lie to you. But if you do bring your car here, be sure to get a second opinion (or bring someone more familiar with vehicle repair).I brought my car here for nearly 2 years & they missed a major safety concern (my breaks) after they supposedly inspected my car. The other place I brought my car to (2 days after it had been “inspected” by Tennyson) stated that the breaks issue was extremely obvious, and they showed me the problem and provided a very detailed explanation— all of which I recorded. They were very clear that it would be extremely dangerous if I were to drive on the highway in wet or snowy road conditions.And no, Tennyson, Helen is not my real name. But I assure you, I was a customer of yours.

They won't charge you anything extra and even will try their best to save you money. Super good advice and will recommend to you what is the best thing to do. Always appreciate their help.
