I recently broke down in a remote area on the southern tip of Algonquin Park. The owner quickly dispatched a truck and it wasn't long before I was hitched and en route to the garage. The driver was experienced, fair and gracious enough to help me out however he could. Based on my experience I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

Paul was dispatched by my vehicle road side assistance. He called as soon as he was dispatched and informed me where he was and how long it would take him to get to my location. He got me out of the snow I was stuck in safely and quickly. Excellent service!!!!!

Got stuck in a soft shoulder and dropped to the ditch in an off-road. Called the company and they came as quickly as they could. Quite professional, and super friendly. Our technician Paul was such a gentleman and got us unstuck in no time. And offered all his help to get reimbursement from my car maker roadside assistance

I would strongly reccomend getting a different tow truck (or tow truck driver) every time I get a vehicle towed it is full of muddy handprints I need to clean out. VERY unprofessional! He hasn't damaged any vehicles yet .... so I guess if you don't mind a mess they are ok.

Very friendly, quick service! Called me when he was five minutes away just to let me know his eta. He even went above and beyond and encouraged me to get CAA (I blow my tire or run out of gas quite frequently) and told me all about their service and why it would be a good thing for me to have! I'd deffinitely recommend this company to anyone in the bancroft area!

I got stuck in my driveway at the cottage after backing down a hill. The tow truck operator (didn't get his name) was polite, professional and right on time. When he couldn't drive my van up the hill either, he winched it back to the road. I contacted the roadside assistance that came with my new vehicle and their service was fully covered.
