I had bad business dealings too... I received a quote, that was ridiculous high...3 times more than my previous quote. And we decided on a reasonable amount. Then I had to constantly reach out to try to get Mike to reply to my emails and text to find out if I was on schedule, took me 2 weeks to hear back and when he agreed yes...he just didn't bother to show up or to even reach out and contact me at all. Very unprofessional. Now I have someone doing the same job, 5 times less than the quote Mike provided to me.

Mike and his company were tasked by an out of province property owner to manage the property I chose to live at this year in Sackville. Mike never replies to my emails, lied about new renovations and new appliances set to come to the house and tricked me, a first time tenant and university student into signing a shady lease. Mikes employees also ruined property of mine and other tenants in the house when his team came in to the house to work. Overall, the whole outfit is very unprofessional and I would not recommend Mike and his company to manage your Sackville property.
