Service was okay, but slow. And don't call me dear, it comes off patronizing. The second time the male employee said it to me I told him not to and he blatantly ignored me. I left super unimpressed and annoyed.

The food was overall okay. However, the customer service was not up to par. Really disappointing customer service and here’s why:1. My girlfriend had mentioned to the employee that she had a coupon. He kept talking over her, and for some reason that she had asked for a 6-inch sub, when she specifically asked for a panini. He kept looking around for someone, and paid no attention to my girlfriend and I.2. Another employee asked, “for here or to go”. I said, “to go”, and he proceeded to toss my food onto a tray. At this point I gave up on trying to fix the situation, as it proved that these employees did not care about customer satisfaction.To add further, they mixed up the cookies that my girlfriend ordered, and overall, their presence was rude. This is probably because they were busy prioritizing talking to each other, rather than helping the customers needs.

15.00 for the grossest sub I've ever had in my life. Three different girls working, none knew what they were doing. Was asked three times if I wanted it toasted. Then I asked for extra cheese which apparently I couldn't do after it was toasted?! Never having subway again.

The customer service is worse, rude service. The lady name kavita or say navita not sure dont know how to deal with the customer. I will never visit this place again and will not refer anybody.

I just went there and there's this guy named Akash had gave me a great experience and I had to give review before eating. He was such nice and he made sub very properly and I can say it was a great experience.Thank you Akash

Terrible customer service, workers there didn’t even know what to do. The food of the Sub I had was disgusting and gross and the sauce tasted like fungus. Worst subway in Cambridge. Do not recommend go anywhere and make sure they go out of business.
