Called the pharmacy for compounding children’s Tylenol and the guy was SUPER RUDE over the phone.Said “he is really busy” when reading other reviews I guess it was not his first time saying this.WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Visiting Crowfoot Pharmacy will be a pleasant surprise as I have experienced. Sam the pharmacist/owner of this place is exceptionally helpful and efficient. He goes beyond the normal courtesies to accommodate, whether you are a regular customer or a first-time customer. I will keep returning for all my vaccination and other needs. The professional and friendly team at Crowfoot pharmacy are very helpful and knowledgeable. Sam helped my son’s cold sore outbreak right away and we got the medication required. It was going to be weeks before we could see our family Dr so this was amazing service. He also sent us with plenty of helpful advice. Thank you Sam and team!!!!

Sam is very nice, he is so polite and helpful. Every time that I go there and Sam is there, I get excellent customer service.He helped me to cancel my Covid vaccine appointment from his system because I had a very bad cold and I was told by my doctor that I couldn’t get the booster with fever.I know I can do it online but Sam was very nice to do it for me.However, there’s a very rude guy who is also there.I called today to ask if he could help me to cancel my appointment ( just like Sam did) and he said “no, we don’t do that; we don’t have access to that information” and I told him that Sam helped me the other day and he said “oh yes, but I’m very busy and I can’t help you”.This is not the first time that I have to deal with this person.I don’t think it’s fair to be treated that way as I was respectful to him.Im sorry but I don’t know if I want to deal with this person again.He doesn’t even let me speak, he interrupts and starts raising his voice :(I had another incident with him about Covid tests, so this is the third time that I get this treatment.

I have now switched to filling all prescriptions and getting my pharmacy-related advice from Sam at Crowfoot Pharmacy and I recommend this pharmacy to everyone I know. Not only is he extremely professional and knowledgable but he is thorough and kind. The customer service is excellent and you can tell that Sam really cares about his customers.

I don't write reviews but I had to when Sam from Crowfoot Pharmacy went out of his way to serve my elderly parent!! Sam is very knowledgeable and will go out of his way to call you back and find what you need. My entire family is changing their pharmacy to go to this one.
