We visited Kelowna for a quick trip from Toronto. Had an issue with a medical equipment, Mark was very helpful in coming up with a solution for our problem. He even went out of his way to give us samples free of charge to help us. I would highly recommend Lakeside Pharmacy. Thank you for everyone for helping us, we truly appreciate it.

Today was the worst experience I put with . If Reception can not remember 5 min later on the second attempt after she just spoke to my Doctors receptionist office to fill those meds. and I walk in there only to wait 20 minutes longer and they are still not even ready . No phone call. They were supposed to be ready in the morning .

Horrible customer service, very greedy and doesn’t care about loyal customers. I’ve been a customer here for almost 10 years, from prescriptions to everyday products I’ve spent a lot of money. Two weeks ago I purchased a few overpriced ($83) covid rapid tests which I thought I would need for a trip. Turns out they weren’t necessary; they were unopened, I had proof of purchase but Chris (the Owner) refused to refund me my money due to the fact that “the Government is about to give them out for free and I have a whole cupboard full that I now can’t sell!”Wow, more concerned about his bottom line than refunding a regular customer their money for a product they purchased. They will no longer have my or my families business!

I visited a week and half ago and was blown away by the exceptional service and genuine care that the staff displayed. They are truly the best especially Pam. She is so gentle and compassionate. The receptionist Stephania is also wonderful. I would recommend anyone to go there.

I’ve never experienced a pharmacy like this before. This is the first time I didn’t feel like a number at a pharmacy and felt like a valued customer. They genuinely cared about what I was going through and everyone was so kind and supportive. If I lived in kelowna this would absolutely be my number 1 spot, no matter the distance. Thank you for the exceptional service today.

Lakeside Pharmacy constantly exceed my expectations and go above and beyond for all my needs. They are extremely professional, skilled and caring. I have tried lots of other pharmacies in Kelowna and will never go anywhere else!

Customer Service is excellent. However, I am extremely upset at how much of a mark up you have on drugs and compounding rates. I’m not referring to the dispensing fee. But rather the actual ‘cost’ of the drug. One of my prescriptions cost was $5.59 more than my previous pharmacy and another (compounded) prescription was .82cents more per capsule which is almost double of that of my previous pharmacy for the same dose and same amount of capsules. In total this compounded Rx cost me $32.80 more compared to my previous pharmacy. I called thinking it must have been an error, but was told that it is indeed the right price based on your compounding time rates for that dose and amount of capsules. Again, I am very upset. I realize there is a lot of variability in dispensing fees amongst pharmacies. The dispensing fee is not my concern. What I do find very concerning is that your mark up on the cost of a drug and your compounding time rates are significantly higher than the other compounding pharmacy in town. Unfortunately, I will be going back to my previous pharmacy.-Rachel King

My vet just diagnosed my cat with diabetes, handed me a bill, a pamphlet and a prescription before unceremoniously sending us to learn about our new situation.Mark the pharmacist went above and beyond trying to find resources to help us know how to test glucose, how to administer insulin, and how to properly dose it.He also printed off more detailed resources about taking care of your diabetic cat.

My Mum raves about the excellent service from the staff here! Very accommodating on several occasions to both my parents! Worked very closely with their Dr.
