This is a wonderful dog groomer where your dog is truly family! Jordan makes a point of getting to know each dog personally and providing specialized treatment and care. She is so comfortable with the dogs and treats them like she would her own. The dogs look amazing after a visit to Tidy Tails!

We have been going to Tidy Tails for years now. Very happy with their bath's and grooms, our girl looks and smells great after. A non stress environment for her as well.

My puppy Kevin has been coming here since 4 months old and has always looked, smelled, and felt amazing! So soft. He’s always so happy to come here and the service from the friendly staff is top notch. The shop is beautiful! We will drive from Langford to take our dog here and highly recommend them.

Today was the second grooming at Tidy Tails for our Cocker Spaniel. He didn't appear to be upset going in and was happy when I picked him up.He didn't appear to be at all stressed.His grooming is great and the staff are very friendly and helpful.Thanks for the suggestion to book future appointments to make sure Spencer is groomed when he should be.We will be back!

I was looking for a groomer that had experience with Pomeranians and asked a friend who owned one who she used and she recommended Tidy Tails. I wouldn't have come here otherwise due to the location in relation to where I live, but they are totally worth the drive! They have a nice separate entrance to the business right off the driveway, lots of parking, easy access onto the street, and totally professional and well laid out. They take credit card tap and they send a text reminder when you've booked your appointment and a few days before you appointment to remind you. I now make my appointments immediately after I pay so I make sure to get in every 6 weeks and my dog doesn't get so matted and it makes it a much faster and more pleasant experience for her and the groomer! You think you save money by extending" the trips

My dog haven’t been grooming for a long time and I’ve been looking for a good poodle grooming place in Victoria. Today I finally found it!!! Highly recommend this lovely place!! They are super nice, they did such a great job and the place is very cozy. My dog feels a lot better without all that extra hair. We will come back next time for sure!!
