As a Professional in the Beauty industry I can’t not imagine what little help these workers could be for the customers if they don’t have the same knowledge as someone who is certified. So the other day a friend and I came in to just see what you guys know about brow bleaching brands and such which we thought to check before going elsewhere but anyways, when we walked in two girls were standing behind the counter. Not a single word came out of either of their mouths, and I understand people have bad days but don’t ignore people as they walk in and don’t give them dirty looks. My friend was asking simple questions being polite just wanting to know some brands and where we could possibly find some, one of the girls was cutting us off, rolled her eyes at one point and when we asked if you guys knew when you might be getting some in like when your next shipment is coming, we were told “I don’t know” I understand that you might not know that but good customer service at least is a key to a good shopping experience. If I could leave zero stars, oh boy would I !!

Wow.. what disrespect I had comming there as a technician. Had the most anxiety when a woman who is employed here went and said something to the cashier and said yep that's her and walked away. Never have I ever been so insulted. Wow if this is how there staff is there. I will never go back there ever again. I was fine and went and did my shopping and went to the counter and this black haired woman made me feel like I was a scumbag. I would not recommend coming into this facility to anyone.

This was my first time going to Sally'sand was greeted by staff when entering. I needed a Particular item and the stuff was quite knowledgeable on what they sold in the store. Thank you sally's for the help.

Called in because I am out of town and had a 'beauty emergency' and needed my husband to pick up my order and couldn't wait for a shipment. Angie took my order over the phone and collected all the items I needed for my husband to pick up. I would usually never do this however I was a bit desperate and she was so lovely and accommodating. Thank you for your help guys! I will come in soon and say thank you!

I usually depend on Sally for lots of information about the products I am buying as well as great deals. Today the staff working didn't know anything about the products I was interested in, there were no deals or coupons available and when I asked if a mask was required the response I received wasn't very polite. However they have a great return policy and a lot of products that aren't available to the public without having to order online so I'll still continue to shop their and hope for better customer service next time.

Most every time I pop into Sally's I am initially greeted, and can get good advice on hair dye products. I recently had bad luck with one product, it didn't come out the color as expected, and they happily gave me suggestions for other products, then exchanged it for a different one.I am always pleasantly surprised by the nice customer service I receive here.

Went in with blond hair. I wanted to dye my hair a natural red, so was looking at the red, but was nervous about it coming out bright orange. A worker there suggested adding brown, halfing the developer and using 20. I did as she instructed and I now have dark brown hair. After crying, I called Sally’s explaining the situation and asking for a solution. The worker there did not even apologize or empathize slightly, told me to look somewhere else for hair dye remover since they didn’t have any or that I should bleach my hair. A little kindness would have gone a long way here. There’s a clear lack of of professionalism and expertise with the workers in this store.

I was in on Friday looking for a particular shade of green hair dye and the wonderful lady (I think the manager?) who helped me really went out of her way to find the color I wanted and she was very kind and helpful. I will be back!

I went into purchase a new hair color and asked the ladies at the counter for their opinion/ expertise. The lady told me that only my grey hair would get covered but what ended up happening is that my hair turned the color of light rust from dark brown.So my recommendation is not to ask the associates any questions as they don’t appear to know anything about hair color, and they are also rude and unfriendly. I overheard one say to the other,’ I’m so bored’.Only one star as it is needed to post this review.
