We used Harb plumbing to change our fridge waterline to fridge, add a new water shutoff for fridge as well I had asked them to replace a water shutoff handle to our outside spicket at the inside near ceiling. They inspected and noticed a crack in the pipe which was why it was dripping and not because it was old and had this gone undetected it would have caused significant damage to our finished basement and a custom built in cabinet below. Thank God they we very thorough. I cannot say enough good things about Patrick and Josh. Professional, cheerful and resolved all our issues and left a clean worksite. They are amazing because this repair was in a very tight location not easily accessed but they did it! This was the before picture. All of their work was impeccable and they were so pleasant to deal with. This is the 2nd time we’ve used Harb. They installed a toilet and garbage disposal as well. Their guys are well trained and I have no hesitation in recommending them. Thanks Patrick and Josh!! No one ever wants to get a plumber but if you need one….these guys are the best!!

Had a problem with my kitchen sink. I phone Harb plumbing at 11:45 and Patrick arrived shortly after 1:00. He diagnosed the problem and gave me several options. Patrick was very courteous and professional. He was a pleasure to work with! I would highly recommend Harb plumbing for any of your plumbing needs.

It's easy to do business with Harb. From the appt booking process to the site visit, I have been extremely impressed. This is the fourth visit to my home during different stages of a small renovation and everyone is super responsive and always on time. Their use of texting to confirm the appointment, text to say when they are on their way and a link to write a review immediately after the visit is super impressive.

Had a Kohler filler valve replaced because the original was very slow to fill the tank. Prompt quick service. Problem solved. Then some time later the gasket on the bottom of the aqua piston" caused some annoying intermittent leakage. Josh came by and replaced a rubber gasket. Again quick

I called Harb to address four faucet related issues. Will was on time, friendly and businesslike - in short, very professional. He explained what each issue entailed, what he was doing, why and what to do to prevent further issues. He was a clean and tidy worker and made sure that I tested each of his repairs to ensure I was completely satisfied. Based on the other reviews, this is a top of the line company. With all of the related discounts, Will was here for about 2 hours and the bill for labour before taxes was $400.

Patrick was great. Showed up promptly, gave me several options on the issue I was having, and let me know about potential issues that might arise in future. The estimate he gave was accurate to within $10, and the fix was fast, efficient, and effective. I can't recommend this business highly enough.

We used Harb's to fully renovate 2 washrooms, add one in the basement and also to update our powder room. They were very knowledgeable, easy to work with and very professional. Harb's did a wonderful job. They even had to clean up a mess a previous contractor had made but did it with grace. We dealt with Jaime (project manager) , Ed and Tony (tilers) and cannot say enough about them all. We had a glass shower installed and it looks better than we could have imagined. The plumbers came and went as needed and were amazing. The entire experience was wonderful. The whole Harb's team went above and beyond to ensure we were happy. A perk of using Harb's is that you have one contact at their office. That person (Jaime in our case) kept track of things for us and was always in communication with us and the team. We should have called Harb's sooner. The value for the money is incredible and the added perk of having them manage" was a blessing.
