The UPS Store

Store is always dirty and cluttered. The guy who is there everytime I have ever been there makes me feel like he doesn't really want my buisness. Like my buisness is a inconvenience to him. Last time I was here I walked out without doing my buisness because he made me feel like it was a hassle because it was a long weekend and he was closing early which wasn't posted. So I walked out drove all the way to UPS Ellerslie and she was happy for my buisness. I mail a package once a week and this is the store on my way home and I will never ever go here again. Should really check up on your stores and see how disgusting the store is and literally stinks

We live in a townhouse where the houses are connected with each other. The delivery driver just places it near our garage door where it can easily be taken. He or she doesn't even bother to go to our front door and ring the doorbell. This has happened twice, and I'm so disappointed.

Would be nice if they actually opened at 9 am like they are supposed to. Been here multiple times and have to wait for someone to show up. Sitting outside right now 9:11 am and nobody here again!

Would be nice if there staff were ontime to there shift. Not the first time waiting for place to open.

Never have shipped anything large before, and the Manager here was absolutely stellar. He helped me ensure my package was well wrapped, and secured nicely (electronics), while also helping me get the best shipping price possible for such a large item. I will definitely be using this location any time I need to ship anything.

In store, the gentleman was very efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. It's just the delivery driver a certain **** Taylor I believe he was just doing his job and did not know it was hell waiting up after night shifts for an unpredictable delivery time, I missed the first day because I passed out after they told me 10am-2pm and he arrived at 5. The next day I stayed up again by the time he arrived my brain wasn't working from lack of sleep lol and he was very snappy and rude. Left in a huff like as if to show his indignation. Buddy I understand you're just doing your job but don't be so quick to judge when you do not know the situation of others. Put on a smile this covid stuff is already so negative.

Sent my package to wrong address call them multiple times and no follow up. After two days my neighbor sent the package to my house. Never ever use again their customer service and Leduc branch is no help at all.

Would be nice if the store is opened the hours that are listed on the door, website and Facebook page. It states you are open until 6:30 pm, went today and you were already closed by 5:40 pm.. possibly earlier than that.

Wilton was friendly and wonderful to deal with! He was very busy but took him time helping me! Great service!

Always great and friendly customer service. I'm so glad I found this place. Always get all my questions answered and help with any issue. Great young man to deal with.
