I have been here since this place opened.It has been going under same name and food has improved. Nothing special about dine in but get seats by the window and munch your food is ideal for me. It is always hot and fresh so far this many years. Food is good even though there are other halal establishments nearby I would not mind choosing here.There are variety of options you can find for different reasonable prices and it is based on how much you want to eat.

Reasonable prices but average taste. The rating is for burgers & broast because we did not try the Afghani side of the menu.We liked the broast as it was freshly cooked & tender. Beef burger was just ok. Same goes for Grilled Chicken burger which had little to no taste.Philly Steak Sandwich was a disappointment.It is just dry beef on a sandwich. There was no sauce at all on the meat & no taste. They provided sauces on the side but they were all relevant to the Kabab menu.Overall, ok food & polite customer service. Maybe next time, we will try the Kabab platters & wraps.

Love this place. Their Naan is the best I had at any Canadian Middle Eastern or Afghan good joint and this includes the one from GTA as well. Keep it up!

We went to this place last Saturday for lunch, we choosèd to eat family Kebab platter and Broast chicken burger. Salad, sauces and bread came with it. Food was freshly cooked and good in taste.

Food it self taste waise delicious but if you are planning for dine in that's not a good place for dine in. There is no waiter or server who can help with order and they gave you disposable plates and spoons for dine in. A part from that their food taste is good.

Whenever a restaurant has some sort of mango drink, it always seems to be good. As other reviews suggested, my friends (4 people) and I got the afghani family platter. All the shami were flavourful and cooked well, aside from maybe the chicken breast, but i mean it's chicken breast right? There was a lot of salad, maybe not enough sauce to go around, and it could use some more meat. We found ourselves with way too much salad and some rice at the end with not much sauce and no meat to go with it. The naan bread was room temperature and chewy. It would be nice if these were a little more thin and crispy, but maybe that's just my preference. They definitely tasted more like a chewy piece of pan bread than naan in my opinion. All in all a pretty good experience.

I used to go here a lot when they first opened and several months after that before the pandemic. Food was delicious, portion was generous and price was right. Not sure what happened during the pandemic, but maybe the owner or chef (or both) changed and this led to a downfall. Now, the food is just okay and the marked up price by a lot is not cool.

Food was awful, experience was bad, service was bad. We tried to eat at restaurant, the girl made the food for delivery, she gave us small spoons to pick out the food.

Zaky Grill and Broast
I remember when this place first opened. What drew me in was the broasted chicken. Today's visit had me in the mood for something different. Tried the tandoori chicken wrap. It did not disappoint! Meat was juicy, bread was soft, toppings and sauce were perfectly balanced, with just the right amount of heat. Washed it down with mango juice. Friendly service too!
