Amazing staff ....Dr Sherry best vet anywhere caring and kind a wonderful person

Great service and the staff always has your pets best interests in mind.

Always professional, always caring and always kind. Have been going there for 20 years for my dogs and cats. Never had a problem with them and I trust all the doctors, assistants and receptionists . They are a fantastic team!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Nicely organized, fair pricing and they also conveniently sell various products such as good quality cat and dog food. My cat highly recommends this veterinary clinic

Honestly, I have been putting off writing a review because I don’t want this clinic to become so busy that I can’t get an appointment (I’ve had that happen elsewhere in the past). Since that is obviously quite selfish of me, I thought it time to share my experiences with this clinic.They have an absolutely wonderful and professional staff from start to finish. We’ve never had a single poor experience with any of them and we’ve been going there for about 5 years now. In fact, I could cite numerous examples of times they have gone above and beyond for us, and they have done so with a smile. Dr. Sherri is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and caring - both with our dogs and with us. When our dog got sick, Dr Sherry spoke to me about my dog’s diet almost weekly for months (she was 14 and in renal failure). She never once made me feel like I was bothering her and she always took my concerns very seriously, despite my dog’s advanced age and the impossibility of recovery. When we had to make “the decision”, they were caring and compassionate. Nothing can make that experience easy, but they definitely didn’t make it any harder than it needed to be. A little while later, they sent a card with their condolences, which we appreciated very much.

Genuinely amazing and caring staff!! I've been to a lot of vets with previous fur-beasts and this is the first one that I can wholeheartedly say I trust 100%. Very realistic prices, staff that know how to talk to both the animals and the humans, and just a great overall experience.

The staff are awesome. Even my scaredy cat dog has a good time with them.Prices can hurt sometimes but still better than the emergency clinic down the street.The people care about your pets and it shows in what they do.They have a lab on site too so many tests can be done right away.My adult dog and my new puppy love these guys. And if a dog like someone, you should too!!

Absolutely disgusting service! Go to pay for my dog to be put to rest she she is 19 ! No one tells me there is exam fees on the phone! Get there and let’s just add to the bill and pull at peoples heart strings! Tell me that it’s not my choice if the dog gets put down or not it’s the vets! Get lost ! You think after having my baby for 19 years I just want her gone! How many 19 year old dogs do you know ! Not many I’m sure! Just out for the money and reception lady needs to get a grip and change her attitude

Our dog was violently throwing up a few days ago, and she was not stable enough for the 45 minute drive to her regular vet. The emergency vet in our area was closed, and I am so grateful that Thickson Rd. Pet Hospital was able to see my dog to help her out with a potential obstruction in her intestines. The receptionists were all so warm and welcoming, and Dr. Friendship was the BEST! You can tell they really care about the pets that come in there. Thank you for all of your help from us and Butters!

I have never been happier with the service I recieve here! My cat enjoys going and the staff seem the genuinely love their job as well! They are all sp attentive and kind and are very helpful when my baby boy went into get surgery. They're considerate Bout my cat's feelings, inform me on their decisions and reasons why, and give me update calls. 10/10 honestly I'm so glad I picked this place as my vet
