Brought in two different vehicles to have the windshields replaced. At first the service seemed ok but quickly went downhill. The customer service was definitely lacking when it came to things like notification of the vehicles being ready, the service provided when trying to pick up the vehicles and the complete mess they left in our second vehicle. Finding rubber and a lot of debris after the installation really showed us how little the valued our business.

Worst customer service ever had windshield installed 40 days ago. after a cold snap windshield cracked from under the cowl on the vehicle due to a flaw or possible little chip and got worse through out the day of work. went to them as soon as it was noticed and they were open and nothing .they can do said was from me slapping the wiper on the windshield. would never reccommend this company terrible customer service.

If I could give a lower rating I would. I will never recommend Crystal Glass in Moose Jaw with Trevor as a Manager. He is the worst customer service representative I have ever dealt with. I have never felt so small and worthless in my life. I will however praise the rest of the staff for a) having to deal with him on a regular basis. And b) doing such an amazing job both times.

I needed a piece of glass cut for an end table. They were excellent getting this done in a timely manner and did a good job. I then had my windshield replaced and the customer service was great, as they gave me a ride home and picked me up when the job was done, rather quickly I might add(3hrs). I was so impressed with their work and friendly service that I recommended them to my son, whom then had his windshield replaced! Another job well done! I would highly recommend them for all your glass needs.

Awesome service. Came out to my RV which had several chips and one big break in the windshield. Repaired it on-site. Booked them in the late afternoon and they were there first thing the next morning as promised. Very reasonable prices as well. Very impressed.
