I went in with my external hard drive not being recognized on my computer and the owner fixed it in 15 minutes!! He quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue and gave me peace of mind about my data being safe. He also gave me recommendations on how to take better care of my devices and data so that I could avoid this situation in the future, which I really appreciated. If I could give more stars, I would! This will be the only place I go to for my tech-related issues and I will recommend this place to anyone on this earth for any tech-related issues!

Amazing customer service, I brought my phone in and it was pretty destroyed and paid a very fair price for the repairs, but I didn't know the mother board was broken, and he gave me a used phone for very cheap and it works great!! Shout out to SNR I highly recommend them!

Had a friend go in for a MacBook problem and the worker pressed buttons that completely erased the MacBook. He told her that it was a hard drive problem and it would have costed 250 to 450 to replace it, and or she could sell it to him for 300 parts. I suggested she should go to Jump Plus for a second opinion, they fixed it within the hour and it was 60 dollars. The hard drive was not broken, the MacBook was just completed wiped and needed to go through the restore process which was what the link said that the worker told her not to worry about. It is very unfortunate that someone was willing to take advantage of a young girl who was looking to fix her MacBook she uses for school. I hope in the future they take better care of customers.

Amazing. Highly recommend.I tried to fix my daughter’s iPhone 11 at the Jump store, but they told me the mother board needed replacing and it would be cheaper to buy a new phone. I took the phone to SNR and he had it fixed in 5 minutes. Don’t trust Apple. I’d give SNR 10 stars out of 5. They saved me $1000.

A very friendly family-run business. The owners are knowledgeable and very quick to diagnose and repair. They welcome walk-ins, which is great since you never anticipate your phone breaking/malfunctioning. Their prices are reasonable.Though their shop was vandalized the night before and they were on the phone with police/insurance company, they welcomed me and helped me diagnose the issue. They seemed more concerned I would step on broken glass (caused by the vandal) than by their current, stressful ordeal. They were kind and helpful, even in a very stressful time. I'm a repeat customer. A great place to go when you need your phone repaired or want to buy a used phone!
